I have had bowel issue with my back injury and herniated discs after my car accident. It is hard when I’m constipated. I’ve taken a laxative but then I’m going for hours to a few days and end up with diarrhea. I’m going for a mother MRI tomorrow. This want an issue before but obviously has progressed.
Jeez... Comparatively, On a scale of 1 to 10. I'm a 3. Living is better since I quit working every day and got SSI disability. I was just looking for the reasons of incomplete emptying and needing to go again 20 minutes later (sometimes twice) This video is not that, but it's good info probably for my future self to know.
