Don Was gets more guest shots than Sheryl Crow. Gotta give him credit. He has a vast music appreciation and gets to hang in a lot of different music genres.

Beautiful singing, beautiful song. It's sad that audiences nowadays won't just be quiet and listen to the music--instead they talk, shout stuff out loud, whistle, etc., until you can't even hear the performers. Really sad.

- Yup - that also makes me angry. I paid to hear the artist, not a bunch of wild ass people yelling, hollering and whooping at every note. That's the difference between British audiences and American. The British (being a bit more reserved), will sit (or stand), and listen to the performance. The Americans go crazy, and I bet the artist gets angry with it as well. If they say anything, or tell them to shut up 'cos it's spoiling it for the rest, they (the artist) might be called a Diva or appear above themselves. I don't enjoy going to live concerts for this reason. I'd rather listen at home, on a studio made CD or LP, and enjoy the full sound without a hick beside me yelling WOOOO! every 10 seconds.

For some reason, outdoor festival crowds don't have the etiquette that you get inside theaters.
