Eol farm is useless . main thing you probably need is gunpowder which could be farmed by stacking raid farm or powerful creeper farms. And for how hard it is to build i dont think its worth it.

Make a second one diagonal to it and it could be a 9/11 memorial. Or you could use all that obsidian and make a very dark 3-D maze. How about closing off the top and seeing if you could recreate the surface way down there and try to make it indistinguishable from the actual surface. See if people could guess in which area you are. Or a missile silo.
Do you have a witch farm yet? You could build that in the middle of nowhere. Do something like scicraft. They made a huge witch farm. But they have 4 towers. You could just do 1 and make it look like some fantasy tower that’s surrounded by a pit and the only way in or out is one little rickety bridge.

Iv got one of those crazy stacking raid farms, Redstone is no problem no more! :) The only thing im hurting on for consumable resources is Quartz for making redstone stuff! Gunpowder, sugarcane(paper), iron, redstone, emeralds, Gold and Coal I can get stacks of in just minutes of afk/farming! 😊 made so much progress!
