This channel has some of the most well-made videos on neuroanatomy I have ever seen. You can tell that a lot of heart and passion went into making them
Thank you so much for your kind words. We definitely have a passion for film making and education, we put those together to try and make the best content we can. Subscribe for more and thanks for watching!
Fantastic coverage of the material. Not to mention how wonderfully filmed/precisely orchestrated the whole video was. You guys do some incredible work, may you receive the due recognition and appreciation for it
To understand and teach the balance and vestibular system is one of the most challenging topics in anatomy and physiology. But you guys nailed it. Awesome work.
Reading this comment made me happy. My projects in both my bachelors and masters were on the vestibular system and most of the time I felt like an idiot stumbling around uni, compared to everyone else who wasn't working on the vestibular system. Its good to hear from someone that it is genuinely challenging.
I can’t tell you how happy I am to find your channel and these neuroanatomy seasons !!! We want more!!! You guys are brilliant I just can’t explain how helpful these videos are!! Keep up the good work and a big thanks for this amazing work!! ❤️
Thank you so much for creating a fascinating educational video. I feel like as I have just been through a journey. The music, the voice of the teacher, the way she guide, images, the illustrations, all that make a perfect overall !
Overwhelmed by the simplicity with which such a complex mechanism has been explained here. Please consider making a video about comprehension and execution of speech. Watching from India. Thank you for making learning easier and interesting!!
This channel along with chubbyemu are some of the best medical channels on RUclips. Claudia, you and your team do such a phenomenal job at explaining alond with graphical illustrations.
Teaching method redefined.. It was so amazing I wonder why this video doesn't have 1 million views.. Keep up this amazing work of yours.. Thanks a lot.. We love you..
wow, thank you so much, this video helps me a lot in understanding balance. the way you explaining things and the animation are really good, thank you!
I really love all of your videos but I do prefer the ones where you are pointing out structures/drawing diagrams as opposed to the ones using dancers to get points across.
I restrict myself to only watching one lesson a day. These are so good I could eat them all up at once like a bag of potato chips for the learning center of the mind. Awesome indeed. such a great fun way to learn anatomy. thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and your most creative talents with this old man who just loves to learn about this magical organism our consciousness lives in...
UBC Medicine - Educational Media well, I'm watching from turkey Gaziantep and for the part that interests me in anatomy is when learning the meaning"functions and interactions" of the things"names and names and names of bones,muscles,nerves....etc" cause by that i feel that i have really learned something...(not dozens of names just to pass the class and not fail...)
Medical student in the Philippines with a BS in Biology. Also a theatre and humanities enthusiast (almost minored in it). Your videos are some of the few that fuel both interests in one.
love this question. We were originally talking to Canadian astronauts on this subject and still plan on exploring this topic - especially the effects on returning to earth from space.
Is there a newsletter that could help me to keep informed? I'm studying medicine at the University of Trieste (Italy) and I find your contents extremely stimulating, they help me to get new points of view
MY NAME IS DEMETRIUS ABRAHÃO, I AM NEUROSURGEON IN BRAZIL. I WOULD LIKE TO CONGRATULATE THE EXCELLENT CLASSES OF THIS UNIVERSITY AND THE IMPORTANT PEDAGOGY OF PROFESSOR Dr. Claudia Krebs Written. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
I would have to disagree with the comment that movement is chaos, unless you are using the conceptual definition of chaos as "unseen order"...movement is the height of expressed order...it makes sense that little is needed to monitor or process it, as the systems view of reflexes innate to every part of the body, are the monitoring system within a specific context... Meaning that its the distributive aspects of our neurology that define our ability to monitor our movement...if such monitoring was based on some central control, our skull would not be able to contain all the required neurology that would be needed for such a thing...its the same in all systems...distributive functionality defines emergent behavior of the whole
Thanks for your patience, folks. We're so happy to share our new season with you!
Amazing job ❤️❤️
Will there be more? These are absolutely amazing.

Of all your neuroanatomy videos, this is your best one yet. It has the production quality of a HBO documentary.
Thank you. We like it too. Season 3 was our favorite to create.

You're welcome. We do have a video on subcortical tracts and the limbic system, which both touch on speech and language -- moreso subcortical.
@@ubcmedvid I have already seen the one on limbic system. Will add the one on subcortical tracts to my 'watched' list soon.

Can anyone tell me where's that from???
the music is credited in the youtube description and credits.
Clear and easily understandable! How do these mechanisms change in microgravity conditions, for example in astronauts?
love this question. We were originally talking to Canadian astronauts on this subject and still plan on exploring this topic - especially the effects on returning to earth from space.
