Humble Disagree. I may have slight Biases Due the dub because thats what i watched first, But i've also watched the OVA which i don't think there's a dub for, just a Sub. The Dub Actor For Kagami gives her a LOT of Personality that I just don't feel when watching the Sub Counterpart. Furthermore, While I don't mean to sound Culturally Insensitive by any means, I feel as if (At least In The OVA which is the Last Sub I've watched) there are times where Voices Such As Tsukasa's and Miyuki sound Very Similar, Which Makes them personally feel less distinct to me. I notice a similar Issue for the Japanese Sub of Dragon ball, Where characters like Goku and Gohan sound similar if not exactly the same. Regardless, While i will admit that the Japanese Actor for Konata as well as the English actor feel VERY the same and thus i have no gripes there, and while tsukasa's japanese voice feels like it can capture her character somewhat similar to the english one, the main dealbreaker for me is kagami. there's just a lot to her character that i feel can only be captured with an english voice actor, or that their english voice actor did a splendid job.
