The English dub for Lucky Star is one of the few anime that I think is just as good as the Japanese version. The VA smashed it with this one, and I feel like there's not a good deal of anime that get dubbed well anymore.
Never have i resonated with a comment made 600+ days ago more. Literally almost the same. In terms of anime i basically just watch Lucky star, Naruto, and Boruto Currently. Take my like :>
Lucky star legit got me intowatching these types of anime after lucky i went to K-ON and after that i was hooked i have now watched over at least 300-400 diff animes in the last 3 years. I give everything a chance if u have a story to tell and its decent i will watch it. @@Baby-Blue-102
She said Lelouch, but I'm certain it was censored to avoid a potential lawsuit. Similar to a couple of seconds later, when Kagami asks, "What's a Code Geass?"
"Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion" mentioned in the video is a masterpiece. Please check it out. By the way, I first learned about this work through "Lucky Star."
Lelouch and Code Geass. In Japan, copyright law is so strict that it's illegal to even name-drop or show title covers of licensed works. Given that one of the main characters is an otaku, the characters inevitably have to have discussions about manga and anime published in the real world. One way to get around this issue is to tweak the names and images just enough to evoke the real thing without actually infringing on copyright. The problem is, Lucky Star is supposed to take place in our reality; if all real-world anime and manga is substituted for knock-offs, then it wouldn't be taking place in our reality. So instead, they just blur out and censor the actual works.
“What’s a code geass”
I wanna know that too, I hope kagami wasn't bored outta her mind

5:37 Whenever they draw Tsukasa like that it slays me
Yeah, it also lets her stand out to how chill Konata comes off, and Kagami being relatively normal as Yutaka chats with them. :)
Why does Miyuki remind me so much of Fluttershy from MLP? I mean both get shy and scared easily. And are very kind with others too.
I think it's the pink hair.
@@predaprime Oh that too :)
@@predaprime TRUE!!!!!
