This is Madelynn Forcier, a former Palm Awards best actress winner, McAllen High School alumn and current Elon University Musical Theatre student performing "Breathe" from In the Heights at the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts Noche Musical.
Madelynn was accompanied by the Edinburg CISD Mariachi de Mi Tierra under the direction of Abel Acuna.
