There's just a lot of the behind of the scene in making this one for sure..

Omg there's no way... I was here on a two week trip to Japan and I happened to go to Shibuya crossing at this exact time and moment. I believe it was around 9pm on 7th April. It was amazing to see on the big screen. You can actually here my voice on the video at 5:14 saying "They match, they match, look at it" to my friend as I was pointing out the two babies were dancing to the singing on the other video. The fact i've just stumbled on this video which was on my youtube homepage is kinda crazy. I had no idea about this anime but I knew the opening song by YOASOBI as I really like their music. I guess I gotta watch it now and come back with my thoughts.
I'm curious if anyone feels the same as I do in that the following eps are nowhere neeeear as good as the first. They really hit that first one out of the park imo.
The manga was made during 2020 and got an adaptation this 2023 , the writer wrote Love is War. With this short span we can see the manga got popular in a short span like really two years only 😂
Man…the poor anime onlyies were in for a big surprise,I can only imagine seeing these advertisements with Ai everywhere and then watching the first episode. If I it already left such a big impact on me with having just a bit of exposure to this series before airing,I cannot imagine what would happen to me if I was exposed to this level of hype.
Imagine just being able to sit down in an open field while watching the Peak Oshi no Ko for 1h and 22 minutes in the big screens... Japan is on another level

The first episode from this was is one of the greatest episodes ever made, it's definitely in my top 10 from the more than 38.000 anime episodes I have ever watched. Great work to all the people involved in this masterpiece, and I hope the rest of the series will continue on this level.
I'm happy to say that i was there last week. I saw all the Promotions in Shibuya, except the Bus. Never heard of the Anime OR the Manga. It peaked my interest because of the heavy Marketing, so i watched the first Episode at its Release Date and was blown away.
