Good video with some explanation of why she uses which is better than a lot of similar videos today. However, If you have a relatively diverse diet and expose yourself at least 30mins/day to sun, u do not need multivitamins at all. if you don't get enough sunlight then cod-liver oil. Stevia is as good as drinking sugar. For reproductive health folic acid. We can let the magnesium fly for pcos. Everything else na expensive urine(aka waste of money)
