(so that you can claim your silver button) Have you tried making an affidavit or notarized certificate claiming that your stage name Jpolland and your real name are the same person. Notarized certificate of your identity. And idk if that'll work but they'll probably accept that if you try talking to them and showing the certificate. (Ps- Hope that'll help)
I think this could have been solved legally by an Affidavit with the help of a lawyer. When they asked for legal documents, one should provide instead of wasting your time & energy as well as theirs.
