That's the way to demo bro, you take the time to explain features and show how to use them. Looking forward to more follow ups. Question... how do you add, say a chorus to a sequence?
duh? haven't you been paying attention? the same way you add another guitar or sax or synth piano sound! Hit Rec on the sequencer 16 track screen and add it!! Stop chewing gum on class and flirting with that cute Asian and pay Attention!!!
Unfortunately muting tracks in the sequencer do not send over midi or record as part of the pattern like they did on the Juno G making this no good as a midi hardware sequencer .The sampler is also much less capable than the Juno G with very limited editing options .I have been waiting for a firmware update from Roland to make this a better hardware sequencing option .
So ToneDeath. Tell me something here. I just bought a used Juno G 61 keys online a few months ago and haven’t gotten a chance to get into it. I was thinking of selling it to buy a Roland FA06. You are saying that I maybe should not, right ??
In “Studio Set” mode (press the Spilt & Dual buttons simultaneously to get there) you are presented with 16 parts. Each part can have a separate “voice / instrument” selected for it. You can mix each part, add effects etc. I think drums always occupy part 10.
That's what I want to know as well. I was hoping that it would do something much higher like 96k-32bit. There's no information on Roland's site about the export rate.
@@yellingyellow5209 i dont think thats what he means, not the i the joystick, think he means the internal pitch shifter effect not, sotty to say i dont know any thing about it at all, though i know my ds88 has a pitch shifter effect , dont know about the FA06 i would have to check my FA06, but as it has a vocoder i would guess that it does have a pitch shifter effect, though not sure at the moment.
Scott, Scott, Scott... My Man!! (relax Scott, I'm not gay, just excited!) Again... gee... you explain this instrument with such simplicity and flair that it sounds like I'm hitting on you! lol!! The only other guy from whom I took instructions on this keyboard and by whom I'd decided it is the right buy, is from Woody Piano Shack but you... You completely hit it on the freakin Nail!!! No more Korg's, Yamaha's, MCE's, Alesis, M-Audio or even Casio... and I know Because I own a Casio Privia PS-5x with a mind blowing 256 notes of Polyphony and A Yamaha Motif ES 88, plus A Korg Kronos X73, A Digital Samick, A Clavinova, 1 Kurzweil Grand and A Yamaha DGX-500 (for fun) and after finding about (from you, yes, you are that powerful of a demo guy) this Roland FA, I've decided to sell them All and buy me this amazing keyboard. I was first soooo tempted on getting the Korg Pa4X which is amazing but not as easy to use and so much more expensive than the Roland FA. Now that I'm Fully and totally convinced, I will not only get me a quality keyboard but, I don't have to fork out the additional $500 for a drum pad I had my eye on from Akai, I mean Dude, This fucking piano does Everything I need!!!! Thanks for the video and please do another one on how to arrange a full song with wave and mp3 tracks and keep us excited about making music!! Peace Bro.
Why can't Roland put a decent acoustic piano in their workstations/synthesizers? They have stage pianos that sound phenomenal. Why couldn't they put one of these pianos in their Fantom G? Korg. Yamaha, and Nord would've had some serious competition if they did. WHY? WHY? WHY? i don't get it.
this keboard seems to have its own mind !!!!! a simple thing like changing the factory sounds !!! or what roland now call ( Tones ) with a Simple effect edit, some times it will save it after pressing write and OK and it will save , when you change tones !!! and then go back to the Tone you put a effect on to , it didn't Save !!!!im getting to dislike this keyboard more ever day , plus I never realized when I purchased it that the pads were Not Touch sensitive ( No aftertouch ) I Guess you only get what you pay for !!! :(
"or what roland now call ( Tones ) " - ummm.... What? Pretty sure Roland has always called the basic sound a "Tone" since all the way back to the 1980's and the D-50...
if your trying to save a tone edit [effects ] in studioset mode you have to save the tone under wright menue 1st then save studio set under under wright menue
NO, my friend, I do the same thing you do everyday and have no problems what so ever. Trying to figure out this keyboard without reading the users manual?
@@Phoenix-One0922 it's one of the easiest workstations to figure out without the manual....but why not read it? And how about research properly before you purchase.

I've been trying to get sound from the FA06 without using headphones. How do I go about doing that?
You might have to plug an external speaker into the headphone\l-mono slot

What is the actual resolution of the audio export? 44.1/16bit? 48/24bit? Is the resolution changeable?
