In this video, we’re going to talk about transdermal magnesium oil.
Many people take transdermal magnesium oil for:
    • Joint pain relief
    • Muscle pain
    • Leg cramps
    • Fibromyalgia
While transdermal magnesium is good for people who overtrain when working out, if these issues are ongoing, it would be beneficial to consider a deeper cause.
Fibromyalgia is almost always connected to the gallbladder.
The purpose of magnesium is to provide a mineral for over 400 enzymes that generate ATP, repair DNA and RNA, promote muscle relaxation and nerve conductivity, and help with the production of muscle protein.
You also need magnesium to make vitamin D work. Vitamin D is one of the main anti-inflammatory vitamins.
    Symptoms of low magnesium:
    • Loss of appetite
    • Arrhythmia
    • Fatigue
    • Weak
    • Tremors
    • Muscle cramps
    • High blood pressure
    Foods rich in magnesium:
    • Spinach
    • Chard
    • Leafy greens
    • Pumpkin seeds
    • Sunflower seeds
    • Avocado
    • Almonds
You should be doing intermittent fasting and healthy keto.

The question you need to be asking all of these people you meet with fibromyalgia is “have you taking a floraquinolone antibiotic -ie Cipro or Levafloxin” Surely you know this. And it absolutely makes me furious that more doctors aren’t picking up on this and Any doctor that is still prescribing these medications should lose their license. But I understand a lot of doctors a lot of nutritionist etc. won’t cross that line with big Pharma. If you aren’t aware of what these antibiotics due to the system and how they create all of these Autoimmune disorders I suggest that you educate yourself so that you may possibly prevent some of this illness rather than having to fix the results left behind by these toxic antibiotics

@@pulsefiendI reversed mine with magnesium oil. I prefer this method much more than oral and it is much less expensive. I apply it once a day on my whole body and am able to get 1000mg in one full body application. When I give my wife a full body massage with magnesium oil and mag lotion, it is much more effective than oral magnesium which tends to just give her diarrhea. I trust the information Dr Carolyn Dean MD/ND provides about magnesium much more than any other doctor I've seen. She actually sells an oral magnesium but is extremely honest about the efficacy of transdermal. In her research of magnesium, she found that people who often swam in the ocean had the highest magnesium levels in their red blood cells. This is due to absorbing the magnesium from the ocean transdermally. I swear by this method versus oral supplementation and have been doing it for years. It reversed my panic attacks and anxiety rather immediately.

I use Magnum oil I make up from flakes of Magnum, I make up 50/50 water and flakes, Also l take a tea spoon of Magnum Glycinate powder mixed in tomato juice as it tastes horrible if not masked with V8 or tomato juice.,

I have one Avocado in the evenings as we as a good diet I started 3 months ago only one Keto good meal a day at dinner .handful of Brazil and walnuts are snacks.

I don't walk as much as I would like as had left knee replacement due to an accident.

Hi, I am trying to understand 'how much magnesium chloride' is in the various brands of Magnesium Oil (that I will use to appy to my body parts aka Transdermal Magnesium). These Magnesium Oil products dont seem to consistently display such important info. E.g.
one brand says "60% magnesium chloride formula", another says "1ml contains 450mg of magnesium chloride --> which means 120mg of elemental magnesium", and -another says "30ml contains 2500mg of actual magnesium", and another "35% Magnesium chloride, Magnesium Elemental 7 - 8%, Calcium Elemental 0.54%, Sodium Elemental 0.16%, Magnesium oxide 0.1% ".
Hard to compare apples to apples. Of course each brand "claims" there product is the 'purest', and highly concentrated.
is there a formula I can use compare each of these statements, so feel confident comparing apple to apple. Thankyou

@@acolley2891 actually magnesium oil is much, much more affordable than Epsom salts. A single bottle of magnesium oil will last me a month while using copious amounts daily. Epsom salts cost me more in a week than magnesium oil costs me in 2 months. The amount of magnesium I absorb with the oil is far greater than what I absorb through baths. I purchase a gallon jug of magnesium oil and it will last a couple of years for my whole family. It's literally pennies a day vs several dollars a day.

In spinach, yes. The question is to what degree. Spinach is very high in oxalates which binds to some minerals. Magnesium being one of them.
Also, nuts and seeds generally have a lot of phytic acid which chelates to some minerals. Magnesium being one of those.
