Meow wolf was started as a rebellion against the fake art scene here. Downtown art is all fake for old white toursits, Meow wolf was a revolution cause it gave young people a space in a place owned by the super old who hate innovation

Watched a few videos and your instructions. What you described the life perspective and changing the career resonated with me a lot. Your videos and blogs are well-made with beautiful pictures. You are talented at capturing the beauty of nature and life.

Hello Zuma, Santafe is definitely a must visit place and is in my bucket list after watching this video. True blend of different cultures. What a brilliant narration and visuals on history, arts and culture.! Chilli 🌶 is definitely an emotional food, it just makes one cry😅.
    Tc and stay safe.

So the blending of cultures is a huge myth sold by white people. We were forced at gun point into this country. The blended they show tourists is fake. Indian hate both whites and Mexicans and it's hard for us Mexicans to like the invaders. Downtown art is soooooooooooooo fake my god. Once the boomer gen dies out no one will come to Santa Fe trust me no one under 50 comes now.

You can wear black in Santa Fe? Not too hot? I ask because I wear mostly black and was worried about the heat

We were in Santa Fe in early June, so it was not too hot. But then, I shot White Sands video also in all black, and it was hot during the day, but that didn’t bother me. It is personal though. Hope this helps :)) 🥵

Hello! Was this filmed during COVID? If so, what is it like (do they require masks, are they strict, do they have restrictions)? My family is wanting to go but wanted to know what it’s like. Thanks in advance!

We were there at the beginning of June 2021, and they required to wear masks indoors, for those who are not vaccinated. But the requirements may change, and I really recommend to check newmexico.org. But have fun, it’s a very unique state!!

So sadly New Mexico is mostly old white boomers and some Hispanics. The hispanics having been conquired by uncle sam tend to be submissive in the face of facismism so lots of my people got the tuskegge 2.0 jab and wore masks. I'd say about 30% hate the government so they said no. Most white boomers here are still wearing masks. Towards the end however even the docile Mexicans joined us good Mexicans and tossed the masks aside. Now it's only white people mainly old white people in them

How come you are not wearing a mask? Did they lift the mandate?

The elected officials not governing our city is creating chaos for the people visiting and people living in Santa Fe. The loud cars that take over our city day and night and the speeding cars and running red lights is an embarrassment to this city and the tax payers. There is no police presence to control any of this. In short, Santa Fe is going in the wrong direction. The officials are more interested with making the rail and art district another Disney park and not fixing problems at hand. I moved to Santa Fe over 14 years ago and love it, but the last few years of increased noise from the modified car mufflers have taken over the sound scape and is causing noise pollution that's unacceptable for most cities. My family and friends will no longer visit due to lack of sleep either in hotel rooms or at my place due to the noise. There are laws in place to curb the illegal cars but it's not being enforced. This is unfair and I don't know to approach it. I have contacted the governor's office and never received a reply, same with the mayor. Do our elected officials ever step outside to see what's going on in this city? This has been going on for a long time and there's been more than ample time to fix this.

I feel so bad for this but as a local I am going to tell people the truth. Locals hate downtown Santa Fe and the fake art scene there. Canyon Road is a symbol of gentrfaction to us and we hate it. No local buys the art at all. Very few locals make the art and if they do it's only to profit off the toursits they despise. I kinda wish I had got into art so I could make a lot of money off this lie but too late now. Gereld Peters on of the biggest art guys here is going to build on a destroy the river my father taught me to fish on. So he sells art of Indian/Mexican cowboys but is going to destroy their. Everything about this city is fake. The magic staircase was built not by God's dad but by a French dude. Lamy's church was built on racism. I hate Lamy so much I hate death comes for the arch bishop so much. Downtown was remade in the 1920s for tourism with fake adobe. All the locals have been pushed out. The art itsself is bland cookie cutter same thing over and over again. No young artists no innovation no free thought. Just paintings of Indians over and over again. Don't waste your time but if you come here you will see no young people. Young people see though the fraud.
