I will be soon looking to build about an 800 sq ft home with a two car garage and either a loft high enough to walk in or just a regular sized room above the garage and I have learned a lot from your videos. Again thank you so much for helping out so many! Also have you ever went to check to see why you always have so many headaches? Try taking the vitamin Turmeric, it really helps with a lot of things and will reduce the inflammation in your body and will alleviate some of those headaches.

would you ever make a video going more into detail when you design the house and also the software you use for beginners or also for people that just want to sketch a building out and just want to see it visually? like a how to.
This might be the last of this episode ... looking forward to the next one. How challenging was this build since you already secured a buyer for the house? I would imagine that it might be a relief to know that you already have a buyer buy on the flip side, you're no longer building exactly what you want, since you're having to tweak it to you clients tastes.
Most of the design was done and built so it was only the colors and interior finishes which is easy to deal with. As for the buyer in todays market if you build an affordable house you should nothave any issues selling it. I have to change couple of things so I can crank out more of these.
Of all the videos ive seen, Yours are by far the better ones. Ive been doing research because i would like to 1 day have a small house however there would be complications and idk if i could do it on my own.I love your videos and was wondering If someone were to hire you, what would be your fee? 🤔

In an area that would be close to supermarkets, doctor office etc. Or a company that can provide transportation to these necessary places. Especially for seniors that don't drive. lemme add my thumbs up... ok, done. now question I know you're thinking of taking a shed to house conversion 2 story (you answered my request lol) Do you think it would be possible to take 2 of those shed and attach them in an ""L" shape, or take two of your two bedrooms (this one) and add on in a similar fashion? Is it difficult to add onto the slab foundation?
Would be easier and cheaper to put them side by side, but L would work as well just more work and more complicated so more expensive. I was at home depot today eye balling that 2 story shed btw
