Ingredients:
2 packed cups pitted dates, chopped
1 cup (250ml) water
60g chopped butter, room temperature
160g sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs, lightly beaten
190g self-raising flour
Bake in the oven 180C/350F fanbake for 40 - 45 min.
Tin size: 27cmx11cm
