@Frankie Basile She was the hottest by far, but unfortunately she passed away on July 1, 1988
Hottest truck driver over ever seen!
I’m a truck driver I hear this so much😭
WOW... with this only being the 2nd video I've watched of you so far..(second in a row) and only 46 seconds into it....I'm Amazed this isn't a weekly show on like A&E.. Travel Channel ... Lifetime.. I don't know, but something on Cable.. YOU ARE THAT GOOD!!!
❤️❤️❤️
I dont even know what to say tho this!!! Biggest compliment EVER. Thank you so much 😭😭😭😭😭
Production value is VERY high! Very impressive indeed.
The editing is Excellent and some of the best But this work is done everyday 365 days a year by literally hundreds of thousands of drivers. Not sure the TV channels have much interest in this type of stuff that just about every trucker does.
Matt Love they definitely do actually.
Never get too comfortable. Comfort is complacency and that is the fastest route to tragedy for an OTR driver.
hey how are you doing
Literally the best 19 minutes I’ve spent lately. SO GOOD.
Thank you 😊
My father has been a truck driver for many, many years. It's great to see more women working in a very male-dominated industry. I wish you safe miles and am looking forward to the videos to come.
I so agree & most of them handle the truck better than I do 😂‼️
I love seeing more women in the industry & I hope they soon dominate & help advance it
Too dope !
Needs to stay male dominated
my mom been driving for 44 yrs locally and self employee. She is 66 and still drives
Lol she won't last a year I guarantee it.
Why?
My father was a long hauler when I was a child & I use to go with him in the summers. I miss those trips. RIP Pops! Oh and in case you haven't been told before you're a beautiful women & with your ability to drive a big rig it makes you even more beautiful. Drive safe!
I have just subscribed to your videos. My father was a truck driver until he died this past November. Several times I went with him out on the road, a month at a time, so watching your videos kind of takes me back to when we were together on the road. You have a good spirit about you young lady. Keep up the good work and may God always keep you safe.
This is so cool . Showing us non truckers what it’s all about and everything that goes into it
Camera person deserves some good ass credit for these amazing shots!!! Had my eyes glistenin over those!!
Thank you :)

I started driving 22 years ago and took my Doberman Pinscher everywhere with me. I ran a flatbed from the Southeast (Alabama) to the Midwest. Two runs to mostly Ohio every week. I took lumber up north and brought steel back down south. Keep on trucking! You rock🙂
@Frankie Basile thank you 🙂
@@1475evans Would you recommend someone getting into trucking?
@@thedream1015 truck driving has made me a good living. I have no complaints but it is what you make it. I used to drive OTR and now I'm local. I prefer night shift but I'm home daily.
@@1475evans Thanks for the reply! One last question do you know if you can keep prescription medication in the truck?
@@thedream1015 yes, if it's your medication, prescribed to you then you should have it with you.
Shelby, you are amazing! Energy, creativity, honesty, transparency… I could go on!
Why do you make the most miserable job look so fun lol? I was over the road for the last 3 years and I hated my life, I'm now a local driver, and I'm loving the quality of life.
Straight up. Did in for 4 years straight, stayed out 6-8 weeks, had 7 days off then back at it. Now I'm local, tons of experience and will never do OTR unless I have literally no other choice. In the end I can say that OTR allowed me to make a decent living but it still sucked ass.
@@andrew5689 whats the difference from over the road vs local? still both jobs driving 18 wheelers? thanks!
Keith Hodge I’m pretty sure it’s because you get to go home every day driving local vs being in your truck 24/7
Marwan Saleh I get what you saying brother but on the road I love it because I hate the world. Nothing like the open road and views with chill music playing in the background. We all just have our own interest, you know?
I’m a driver and I own and run my company, got my son into it he became a dispatcher bought him a truck and he’s growing and I’m growing, I do 2-3 trips a month I’m trying to buy a truck to run logbook manual, I think it’s ok.
makes me happy she has a dog along with her on her trips! A good companion, good guard, and most of all it’s annoying to have to even say but girls can’t travel alone ever
Sadie DeCoite agreed :)
Plus, you know, the person behind the camera is there too
How did this even come across my feeds?! Well I’m already invested 😂.
I really enjoyed this video. This young lady has courage presence, great attitude, personality, chutzpa! Going through all the ups and downs of life on the road. This job is incredibly tough and yet very rewarding and even addictive. She did an excellent job conveying that.
My brother my dad and my spouse are truck drivers.. Guess who’s motivated me to be a truck driver my dad and YOU 😭😭😂😂🤗
Im scared and I do have kids
Isaiah The most funny thing is to I want to be a police officer as well.
Don't do it unless it's your passion or just need money lol, it's not worth being away from your kids. Life will pass you up out here.
@Isaiah I actually read what you posted right after I left my comment lol
Omg awesome good luck andngirl power! I bet you'd be badasss!!!
I'm going to start CDL class on Monday and this makes me so excited for it! I have 2 Dobermans and ill be taking one at a time during my routes! 🥰
👏👏👏
Good luck gorgeous
Good luck!
Yeah be safe out there lots of crazies and perverts! 👍🏾👸🏾
How did you do!?!? Did you pass?
This reminds me of riding around with my dad in his truck when I was younger! Can you do a truck tour?
YOU fucking ROCK!!!!!
GIRL POWER!!! Keep On Truckin'
Running into her at a truck stop is probably the same experience someone has as seeing a double rainbow for the first time
As a person who drove trucks for five years, I’ll be honest, if I saw her pulling up at a truck stop and seeing her getting out of the truck, I’d be like “Oh shit, wow!”
Oh yeah a double rainbow followed by swamp ass.
as a straight female that is confident with their sexuality i can firmly say that this is stupidly attractive
KristineeeCA so you’re saying if you and her are both the last females on earth and she was down with it and you were somewhat down with it. You would.....
Hug her like a man would hug a woman?
@ManyProphets OneMessage Actually, I'm just straight, but thanks for your boring comment.
@David Freer I don't think you have the right to speak for everyone, but if that's what helps you sleep at night (:
Justbrowsing4lunch Women will find any excuse to be gay
@ManyProphets OneMessage Damn bro you're really out here pushing some kind of agenda. Why are you trying so hard lmao
OMG I love this! I work in claims at McLane & totally get it! We love & appreciate our Carriers so very much & will fight tooth & nail to help/support them! Please keep these videos coming & truck safely Shelby!
Wow girl I drive a truck and my dad. Did for 38 yrs .. I admire you and respect you .. you are only a few.. a real woman .. awesome job and love the sheapard .. I had my boy always with me.. he passed in October of last yr... You go girl .. keep up the awesome job .. be safe ..
I think that is cool how you put speech bubbles in for Kota. Good work on the videos.
I love those!
She’s a badass, this is awesome!
J W obviously if she has her CDL she obviously has more knowledge than you... 😂 why you so salty? Why you so judgmental?!
Arizona Ranger why you judging though? Based off of looks? Tbh it’s wrong to judge people in general... I’m sure you wouldn’t want people judging you based off your looks.
Arizona Ranger driving trucks is a big responsibility and it’s harder than you perceive it to be... not just that, without people with CDL’s or Class A licenses, we wouldn’t be able to live efficiently...
I have been a truck driver for nearly two years and I'm still trying to get use to men and other people being impressed. 😅
BRITTANI HEUSZEL agree! how can you drive while bleeding for a week straight
People are just surprised but also glad at to see it
BRITTANI HEUSZEL isn’t that what women are asking for ? For equality? Lol Everyone seems to be impressed that a woman is driving, but shouldn’t they just be treated the same as a man driving ?
@@TKUA11 No, because men and women are different.
As long as your impressed.
glad to see a female truck driver we definitely need more of you in the industry dont listen to the people on the cb and keep the rubber side down and put the pedal to the metal and keep on trucking
The cameraman, the editing, the dog, a female driving a truck. All of these makes me wanna go on a trip with you. Keep up the good work.
She’s makes trucking look hot lol like I wanna be a truck driver now. I miss going on the road with my dad as a kid
Do it. Why don't you/haven't you started driving yet?
Nothing hot about that job ask any long term trucker
Kristina Lampkin you can do it!
@@hobens1 I saw her in a FedEx uniform. I bet her pay is hot.
Kristina Lampkin It's not hot, trust me.. long ass hours and dealing with other drivers driving like idiots. Then you got the weather conditions🙄
Well done for keeping the US running. Great to see another female trucker, best wishes from a trucker from the UK.
the subtitles of the dog!!! Love this!! Thanks for making me smile!
At first I was like wow this could be a cool job. Then I remembered that I can’t even back up a lil trailer hooked up to my pickup truck. Think I’ll stick to my current job. Cool channel tho, subscribed!
Cat King lmaoo im positive she put alot of blood sweat and tears into getting this good but i feel u lol
It’s worth it in the end tho with that +$70,000 check a year
Experience is key m8. Every trucker starting out will cost a company a lot of money. Will take like 6 months before you are really comforable imo.
Honestly a lot of times I think it’s easier to back up a large trailer than a small one
BROLY well I do make well over that already. But the travel aspect of trucking is super cool
she's so cute and always happy..
13'-6" could end up being only 13'-2 (or less). Cities/towns have been known to pave roads without milling and sometimes forget to update the clearance posted on the signs.
Zukes Rubicon Hmmmm
Yep the sign was put up in 1967 and the road has been resurfaced 6 times since then.
@stoopid Mistakes can happen when humans are involved. More likely to happen on a local road, than on a big city or state highway project. If nobody pays attention, updating a sign could get missed.
so awesome seeing her jog with her dog, that's what i would need to do, ugh!
I honestly don’t miss those kind of deliveries with a reefer until. Im a flatbed driver now
You’re such a badass! I dispatch trucks and whenever I get female driver on my load i’m so excited!
Keep on truckin’ girl.

How is it that myself as a truck driver on my days off, I’d watch other truck driving videos? Your channel is very positive and has a great vibe to it. Keep pressing. Stay safe during these perilous times. I subscribed 😊
The way this is edited is dope. It makes it entertaing to watch. I been driving 5 years and am sick of it lol I need to learn a skill
Driving is a skill
You're driving this monster and I still have to back up a honda civic with a reverse camera from inside the garage when theres a car in the driveway for my niece.
Fed-Ex person who delivers my packages never looks like you :(
Lol she's a freight delivery
That is true she is a fright
@Ubal_Blunt good looking women are more pleasing to my eye...
I am prefers looking at men lmao
I have worked my whole adult life in logistics or distribution centres and never see nice women truck drivers, maybe 1 or 2 ever.
I miss this life soooooo much!! My husband and I did it as a team OTR for 2 years before we got pregnant lol. We are thinking on going back when our baby is a little older
angelica montero if you don’t mind my asking, what are you two doing now? Driving locally or no?
Well, it's gratifying to see that truckers in the US have just the same challenges as we do over here in Britain. Tight loading bays, badly parked cars etc. Not as cold here, though! You're working hard girl, and doing a great job. Really enjoyed your video, subscribed, and looking forward to more. The footage of 'mainstream' America is really interesting, so please keep it real.
Except truckers have it better here because it's not that shithole they call the UK
That happens to all of us when there's a wall on either side. Just a heads up make sure you latch the door back in case it catches the wall and gets ripped off.
I've been looking into getting my CDL, and I came across your channel, I appreciate your content! I've been binging a lot of your videos and learning a lot, and now I think I've found my next career! :) Thank you for all you do!
Get your CDL bro you don't have to just drive trucks you can get into other fields having your CDL plenty of opportunities
I think I'm in trouble. Just max'd out my credit cards on large freight-truck merchandise from Amazon hoping she'll be the driver delivering to my door.
pentonhusqvarna what’s meme
pentonhusqvarna She drives for Fed-Ex so save your credit cards to feed your kids
I feel like driving in the USA is a lot more relaxing and nice then in Europe. Love the montage!
I rather drive on Europe than Mexico :v
I'll rather drive here my Actros in mountain area in Switzerland than move to US to drive that piece of crap every day.
Bigger roads
It's nice to see other fit people in this profession! It makes things alot easier!
This is what you do when u play American Truck Simulator since when you are 1yr old.. She is dope. Hats off mann..
This woman is awesome by all means! Expert and passionate about the work she does.
Me? I'm 26 yr old and still live in Mama's house. 😂😂
Hehe. At 21 I moved from Mama's house to rent with my brother in town. At 22 I got my CDL and logged ~60K miles in 6 months driving the usual OTR routes. At 23 I quit driving, moved back to Mama's, and returned to my previous job. A sellout? Nah. Life is better here. Easier if I'm lazy, lasting effects if I'm not. If you've got a family, stick with 'em. Buy a motorcycle if you want adventure, but stay away from trucks.
@@cdgstuff7512 cool dude, thanks for the free advice

A tip for climbing in and out of trl is close LH door and use it to grab onto to climb up and down . Jumping out trl you,ll regret it when you get older, no good if you got injured.
Bruce Rogers hey when you get old and out of shape you get a fold up 3 step stool
& it fits behind the drivers seat !
The instructor's at my school will stress that.
Very well put together you’re going to kill it on RUclips
Any new videos planned?

Your videos are excellent. Very informative. I'm thinking about going to truck driving school and take up this life. About 20 years ago I met a woman who was a truck driver. She seemed to really like it. Ever since I've always thought, well, if she could do it, so can I. It is very helpful watching your videos and seeing what life is like on the road. I would definitely bring a dog with me, too. :D
