Great video. I am getting what I need to start a RUclips channel and I have no previous experience. I bought a cannon M50 and am looking for a mic. I think this will be the one. Thanks for the review and if you have any suggestions for a newbie please tell me. I am trying to put together a decent system without overkill. My topics are going to be building electronic projects and ham radio.
Awesome video! This is looking really good. One quick question - are the clips on the transmitters the same size as Rode Wireless Go? I have seen a couple videos where they say the sound is better a bit lower down as opposed to clipped on to a t shirt collar (I see yours too is lower down!) so if they are the same size, I was thinking about the Rode MagClip Go to help with that. Do you know if that would fit - if not, any other solution for a clean look where I can have the mic a little lower down, especially on a t shirt? Thank you!
With my testing I actually found the exact opposite. I got the best sound when it was a little higher up and then at an angle more pointed towards my mouth when I was speaking. I feel like the unit picked up more chest voice as well as what was coming out of my mouth. This could be something that varies voice to voice. The clips are different in size.
@@RexxReviews Ah interesting! Thank you very much for the swift reply. That sounds good to me, I am not a professional video maker/vlogger, I just make home videos/vlogs so I think this look like a super good thing to have!
Quality sounds great, but would love to see the ability to add a 3.5mm lav mic into the transmitters for a lower profile. But great review and thanks for sharing.
That is one thing I sent them a message about was the fact that they did not put a 3.5 Jack for a Lavalier. From looking at some of the other similar lav systems I can’t imagine it would’ve been too difficult or increased the size profile but so much more. Thanks for the compliments.
Hi. I ran 10 different tests to connect to my iPhone 14 Pro and for the life of me I can’t get playback on Cinematic or on Zoom. The only sound I get is from the iPhone mic. I tried walking 26-30 feet away, but no success. I followed wiring instructions. Any idea what I’m doing wrong?!
Thank you for the review. Still debating this one vs another more expensive system. Certainly, convenience would be the criteria and this ticks that box unless... Can you fit the units into the charging case with the windscreen attached?
@@RexxReviews One of the fastest replies. Thank you!!! So, now the convenience factor is out. So sad.... could have bought this one and given up some of the higher-end features but since I use mics outdoors all the time, this extra step is kind of a bummer. Thank you again for your review.
Debating getting the VIMO or the BoomX-D2 as it's currently $21 more, like the convenient charging case, your thoughts? Main use will be indoors vlogs and tutorials.
Hi and thx for the Review .. I came across the issue that as soon as i put one mic on say vol 3 and the other one on 1 .. The Level 1 mic sounds like it is far away .. if i leave both on 1 its fine .. Any idea ? Thank you :)
sir i hope you answer my question, is that type C in the transmitter can be used as Lavalier mic input which using USB Type C to TRS Female ? have you tried ?
Ive plugged my device into my laptop looking for an audio folder to pop up but there's no folder! Please help, how do I pull the audio from this thing.
I don’t think you do. I don’t think internal recording was a feature of these, I could be mistaken but I didn’t see any option for this when I was testing these. The RODE wireless go 2has this feature but not a lot of the other units like this.
I absolutely agree that it's great to have such sound quality at this price. Comica did a good job! 👍
Awsome video, thanks. Did you try this with android?
Great review. I appreciate your style and the effort you put into this. Very helpful! I am testing these as well and am taking notes from you. Thanks!
Awesome, thank you! I was pleasantly surprised by these little guys.
Bro you did the best possible review. Amazing quality.
Rexx I've been on the fence so hard about this one but I'm glad I see your review I'm totally going to make the purchase now! :)

Not into the charging case no. There is a secondary case all of it fits into.

The VIMO sounds WAY better than the BOOM. I did a review on the BOOM quite a while ago and the VIMO units have been drastically improved.
@@RexxReviews thanks, I just pickup the VIMO and will start playing with.

Unfortunately that is not an issue I ran into while using these. I also never had them at different levels so that could be why.

Hey brother. I was looking at the DJI and now have seen your video on the comica. I'm stuck between the 2 🤦 which do you suggest?
Did you pick one ? The dji is like double the price , but if it is like twice as good I might spend the money

I bought Comica Vimo C based on this video, but it’s not working with my IPhone even with an adapter 😢
Is there a delay when monitoring with headphones ? I heard there is with the DJI
So it can record on the device?
No. The receiver has to be either plugged into a camera or some form of recording device.
Where is the blond girl?... I came for the blond girl.
But ok, nice video.
She was holding the camera.... yea... that's where she was.
Haha I thought the same thing 😂
