I think Watching the arrow go to the target is the hardest bad habit to break. One of the ways I practice instinctive shooting is to use a basket ball. I just kick it, turn around so I'm not facing it. Then turn back around and shoot at it, it'll bounce or roll on impact with a fat headed blunt ( bird arrow) and I try to shoot it as many times as fast as I can.targets are stationary.they stay in one place. What's most important is that first shot always being the only shot you need. Best way to practice this is a target that won't stay put.
