same, but now I will try again. they said to use a sharp tool and be patient. I cleaned the outsides only until once got stuck and threw out the bottom part of infuser. cleaned once but didn't knew how it should look like. a tootbrush cleaned the metal well. any oil is fine as its food safe but use silicone based grease if you can, won't wash off easily.

I cant remove the frothing spring. Can you use a tiniest of vegetable oil on a kitchen towel if u dont have olive oil
