Got a REV Industries hard rolling cover on my 2018 Silverado and absolutely love it. Peace and mind of a hard cover, but without the hassle of my rear window being completely blocked when it’s fully rolled up. Sick truck, man. Love your content!
Hard covers have A LOT more failure points. I had a $950 Truxedo Titanium hard rolling cover on my 15 Silverado and it had several issues after owning it for almost a year. I now have the Lund Genesis Elite soft roll up cover and I love it.
just a heads up (love the truck by the way) anyone with a knife can cut through that and steel whatever you have i use a BAK cover it has aluminum slats under the vinyl
Got some off market north woods tonneau cover , had it for about 3 years froze in Ohio and. Stretched in heat in fl , mostly stays rolled up , but love this thing ,
A huge upgrade for your truck would be a bak revolver bed cover. Aluminum underneath the cover for security with the ability to load on top the cover if necessary. Best part it sits flat to the bed rails and rolls up so stinking easy
I have that same exact cover from rough country!! Only problem I have with it the corners by the cab leak the tiniest bit getting more weather seal to put in there
To each his own but I wouldn't put anything under there that I didn't want stolen. One knife blade from being open. That why I prefer my tri-fold hardcover. It won't open without tailgate open and tailgate locks with the doors.
Looks nice however, I prefer the canvas fabric as opposed to the vinyl. Lund makes a very good quality Genesis Elite Tonneau cover that I just installed on my RAM 1500. This is my 3rd cover as I keep trading in my truck with the cover, dont judge... Anyway the canvas fabric is water proof, doesn't get dirty or attract dirt/dust like the vinyl and I'm not a big fame of the shinny vinyl. Check them out.
I can’t see putting a soft tonneau cover on this expensive of a truck. The Armor Flex by Undercover is amazing and well worth the money, and there warranty and customer service is OUTSTANDING!
A big reason for a soft cover is you don’t lose any bed space, I only run soft top covers because they don’t take any space rolled up or cover the back glass. They still keep all water out the bed and works great
Had a bakflip my 2017 told myself I wasn't going to be that stupid when I got my 2019 TB CC the 17 was a double cab. I ended getting the same cover as you but from Gator, best $200 I could have ever spent. I love that when you roll it up its out of your way. The 1k top either took bed space or covered your back window, what a stupid design. As far as people breaking in? If someone really wanted to get in the back or even inside of your truck it does not matter how much you spent on the cover they will get in!
whatever works for you..check out the bakflip more secure and is flush with the bed $900 and worth it..I carry a lot of tools and need something little more secure
On this new body style, the GM factory covers are actually the best. They have threaded clips you install under the plastic rails and bolt to and save you from having to install those PITA clamps like the rest of the soft covers. Ive installed about a hundred of the GM covers and it takes me 5 min to do one now.
I'd definitely add some seller mud flaps since those tires stick out so far. Live where I live you'd have no paint left on rocker panels, and behind each tire . Then comes rust. Just saying. Love the looks of your truck. Nicely done
Be careful not to drive with the cover rolled up for a long period of time, I did and it kinda scuffed the black right under were the back window opens, I guess from the wind especially on the highway, but it does look clean an serves many good purposes, the truck is lookin 🔥
Unreal how many butthurt people on what kind of bed cover someone puts on their truck 🤦🏻♂️. I have a $250 Gator tri-fold on my TB and love it. BuT SoMeOne CAn BreAk InTo iT 😂. Looks great man!
Don't waste your money on soft covers, they won't last... if you need to get in a d 9ut of the bed every day, the cover will look like trash In less than a year
I have that exact one for my 2019 Chevy Silverado Ltz and i really like it
I got the Leer Rollup that sits on the bed rails for my dads 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 CrewCab 4x4 … His Birthday gift from me..
Leer Rollitup my bad

Big fan of the Extang Solid Fold. Have had it on my Sierra for several years now.
I got theTruXedo pro X15 on mine, but i have to close the tailgate first. Love roll ups cause you can use the whole bed! 🇺🇲👍
Nice looking Truck

Crowbar can get into that 1k dollar bed cover pretty easy
There’s a way into literally anything if someone’s determined enough man. Just the way it is.
LMAO… of course they can… do you think he saw this comment and said “damn I never thought of that”
@@fredp3088 Facts its cheaper not to have one 🤣🤣🤣

Looking good buddy love it
The truck looks incredible good job bub
I was an Anti bed cover guy ,till I got a tri-fold . I don't believe I'll ever have a daily driver without one.

Looking good 👍 I'm in and out of the bed of my truck all day so I just don't think I would ever actually use it lol.

Don’t live in a low trust area and you don’t have to worry about that.
Any one with a crow bar can break into that break into that.
@@full_metal2452 Meth-heads around here clean ya out even if you parked at police station.
@@fredp3088 your right. But your typical passer by thief isn't going to have a crowbar. It would be more of a targeted theft.
Dog is a certified good boy.
Truck looks awesome!! If your truck was built in Ft. Wayne, IN I most likely help build it in the factory. I enjoy the vids!

A bed cover is the best thing i think you could do, I love it!

I picked up the gm brand trifold. Dealer installed with extended warranty for under $1,000.
You definitely need post hole plugs I got mine on Amazon I'm not usually a Amazon guy but they look awesome

You should gloss black the window trim and plates

I got the same thing on my 2020 Silverado 👌🏻

Taco’s have super strong tri folds oem also . I agree . I like the oem or more expensive ones . Little more security and some lock

We do not salt the roads so not any rust
Love your channel and videos I like your truck but to me on the Silverado you need a tool box and 9 foot wipe with a tenies ball
Be careful not to drive with the cover rolled up for a long period of time, I did and it kinda scuffed the black right under were the back window opens, I guess from the wind especially on the highway, but it does look clean an serves many good purposes, the truck is lookin 🔥
Looks good 👍🏽
You need a Diamondback cover 👍👍🇨🇦

Get some white cap bedside letters
You should lift your truck hire
*higher
Tint the fog lights.
if people are looking to steal stuff from the back of your truck, you’re better off having a flat bed.

Looks cheap (garbage).
