If rather have an interim under senate Bill 3 where the mpd is not under Reed or city council but the governor and attorney General. Reed has had 5 years and our Homocides have tripled. What people don't realize is two years ago in a city council Meeting where they were giving out money to the different departments Reed wanted half of the mpd money to put on a program called hug a thug. Under his breath he said that the police department is to aggressive but isn't it ironic they're too aggresive to do what the bible says in Romans 13:3 but they are not to aggressive for him to have 6 cops to go with him every where he goes but yet he don't put officers the street to protect us. I've asked officers who are trying to leave and have left why they did and they said Reed has taken their authority away from them so it puts their lives at risk when approaching the ones doing wrong. We've seen it in our neighborhoods and the this aren't scared of Reed but he is of them. He has no clue how to run the police department and everyone is leaving because of him putting their lives at risk by protecting the thuds so they won't come after him. Reed didn't want the bill 3 to dictate who comes in as intermin because it took his power away. Reed suffers from victimhood mentality that can be heard in his speeches etc. He runs this city under that mentality. The thuds are safe where we the citizens are not. We need a chief that IS tough and aggressive and runs mpd on what the bible says in Roman's 13:3 not one like Reed that has victimhood mentality. I predict by the end of the year our Homocides will be in the 80s. We're already are half way there now.
