I have heard mix reviews on it. Some say you lose back pressure but I do feel like it runs better when it's open. The only way to prove it, is by getting a dyno done. I'll look into scheduling a session 😅
I know it's gonna be loud af but how bad is the drone in the cab. I did some work to mine recently and had to remove the muffler and fired it up to see if I would like possibly the evalve exhaust and with no muffler and just the cat it was unbearable to drive bc of the drone. I'm thinking it's where the cat is still on maybe but idk. What's your thoughts. I know this has to be a little louder as well and if the drone is still there there's no way it's remotely enjoyable to drive on a trail.
Honestly I like the on and off option. I have also done what you did and the sound is way too loud when you turn on the x3 with no muffler. I believe that is a lot louder than the evalve even though it's almost the same concept. I mainly open the evalve when going at a faster speed but I can say it would drive me crazy if the evalve was open all the time.
Yeah it's hard to justify it when you wouldn't use it as much. If you do go with the purchase you can use my discount code "GoTime" it will help a bit 👍.
That's a good question. I did some testing in glamis going up the dunes with it open and also closed and at the time when the evalve was open, it felt a lot slower. I then got rid of my particle separator and it feels faster when the evalve is open.
Ok...that does sound bad ass. Nice upgrade!
The video sound quality isn't as great as in person. Hopefully, I get a chance to go run it full throttle soon
Sounds aggressive very nice!
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Whats the difference between the 2 1/2 inch ?
Im still running the 3in but I recommend the 2.5 inch if you are keeping the stock turbo. I will be going back to 2.5 soon
@@GoTimeUTVThe 3inc louder then the 2.5?
Compared to a cat delete pipe, does this make more power or is it only for the sound effect?

Yea I'm wanting it for hitting mud holes or hill climbs and stuff. Just alot of money for something I'm gonna use 20 percent of the time lol

Did you paint it or it came that way
It came that way, custom piece from RPM I don't believe they offer the option on the website yet.
@@GoTimeUTV OK thanks but yu pay extra an they'll hook it up. Thanks for letting me know
Did you loose horsepower with this pipe?

@@GoTimeUTV cool, thanks
With it closed it still feels better then stock because you get rid off the catalytic converter which I feel is a big restriction
@@GoTimeUTV good to know!!
So this is just to make more noise? 🤔
No sir it will add 6-7hp with no tune and it will wake up the machine. Pretty much gives you the option to run stock muffler while cruising
Mmm i dont think so ... because ur loosing much back pressure when the valve is open
I honestly just figured this out at glamis over Thanksgiving. 🥲
@@habchhhshow me the dyno that due to installing a bypass exhaust you lose power and since when you need back pressure on a turbo set up ?
After removing my particle separator i can almost confirm it is running a lot better
Is this legal ?😅
Probably not in California
