We will be the surprise package this season just a shame to see the laziness they’ve clearly not done their research. You’d think beating Arsenal, smashing Leicester and pushing Liverpool to the limit would have got some attention last season
They’re right in what they’re saying. It’s not a fact that Coopers a top 10 manager, as you’ve found in the very first game Championship momentum means very little especially when half your teams changed, beating Arsenal and Leicester’s second string side and running Liverpools close in what was all home cup fixtures means nothing in the grand scheme of things. They barely got a mention in this, but I honestly think Brighton and Hove Albion are a dark horse for Europe this season. I could genuinely see them breaking into the top 6 if the cards fall nicely for them - their weakness over the last couple of seasons has been putting away the chances they make, but they have steadily been addressing that, whilst remaining strong at the back. Their recruitment has been consistently excellent - like a budget Liverpool - with far more hits than misses, and each player bought as part of a coherent plan. They seem to be able to sell defenders for big money, and just bring another one off a conveyor belt so they'll probably cope with Cucurella leaving. They've bought a striker who has scored lots of goals, albeit in a weaker league... but on the flip side they are buying him from a club which is also owned by their owner, so they will realistically have all the information they need to know about him, thus it's probably less of a gamble than it might look like. It's going to be tough for any team to break into the top 6, let alone without limitless cash, but I give B&H as good a chance as any of the other 14 clubs this season.
If you’re not a BHAFC fan, it shows we are being noticed by actual football fans. You haven’t mentioned Mitoma & Enciso who will both terrorize defenses this season. The "narrative" of Frank Lampard not being a good coach - Is because he's not a good coach? His job at Derby was to be promoted, that's why Mel Morris spent loads of money he didn't have, and the club is now in absolute ruins. He did alright at Chelsea in his first season, then the wheels came off when all of his players did what he used to do to managers and got him sacked. That squad then went on to win the Champions League - so they were clearly good players. He managed to keep Everton up, but here's my prediction - they're going to try and play nice football and get battered. Then, he'll switch back to Allardyce-ball, the fans'll turn against him, and he'll be out by November, the World Cup at latest. I have a really strong feeling Everton are going down.
they dont owe FDJ any money! if FDJ was suppose to make 300k a week but instead makes 150k a week they shuffle half of his salary on to the rest of his contract. he will still make the same amount of money but one year he could make 450k next 300k a week and so on and so on.. like they do in the nfl and nhl. salary cap!
That question about derby and Barcelona is spot on. It’s criminal how they can continue to spend and I billions of debt. And you see these little clubs collapsing over a few mill 👏🏻 said from a Everton fan so we feel the same. Can’t buy a toilet roll but Barca can do what they want
What I wanted to know is Kane or Halaand? Jesus or Nunez? Salah or Son? Saka or Diaz? I've tweaked my fantasy team many times already and still not happy with it lol
This two guys are just talkative legend in England football.l watch from Germany and this guys always on social media talking about players and teams attitude.why both of them never take up a job like Lampard and Gerald did and stop talking too much.🤷♀️
Who will score more goals Sterling or Jesus? Both Neville and Carragher in under a second: Jesus. Me: Looks at stats for last 6 seasons in which Sterling has outscored Jesus in each and every one of them 😅
Norwegian referees speak to the media sometimes and when one of them told the other European referees they couldn't believe why they did it. They don't really have much to gain from it and it usually makes things even worse. What I would like to see is a weekly explanation of contentious decisions based in how they've interpreted the rules. I really think it would be more informative and could educate the audience.
This, interviews would just make it a spectacle people would tune in to watch, instead I’d like an explanation of how they got to their decision with say a press release with the referee write up from after the game from the fa every week, alongside for example the opening up of communications as Gary said. Even if in my opinion I think a specific decision is wrong this would at least allow me to gage as a fan what refs are focusing on and also their consistency in applying rules. It will also give them more feedback on what the fans want the refs to be focusing on.
Lets make this clear. The top 6 or "big 6" is a completely closed shop which no one will ever touch unless the financial restrictions are lifted. FFP was created to protect these clubs from outside threats.
Love this format great to have fans and the boys talking like this. I agree VAR discussions shud be out for fans to hear it happens in rugby and works. I hope forest stay up and think they will steve Cooper is vest of the 3 managers and way he had them playin last season was great. Fulham relying on mitrovic scoring like he did last season and he won't. Bournemouth style won't keep them up either. I worry for Leeds losing 3 best players Everton need few signings too although I don't see richarlison as big loss. And Leicester will struggle if maddison goes and smicheal already gone
Jesse just wants to be the star of the team. Put himself in the shop window, loads of money, gets a chance at the World Cup squad, and he’s guaranteed a game every game. He’ll getter better offers from better teams if he he’s involved in about 15 goals.
Arsenal this season has the 4th best team in the league .... so a 4th place finish is as good as a given in my opinion coz Arsenal never finish below expectation on the table relative to the overall quality and depth of their squad.
I’ll name a few teams who have a better squad then arsenal. Chelsea spurs Man City man united Liverpool. Arsenal don’t have a squad near any of there level all they’ve added is 2 city rejects arsenal are more on Aston Villa/Newcastle level

Then, he'll switch back to Allardyce-ball, the fans'll turn against him, and he'll be out by November, the World Cup at latest. I have a really strong feeling Everton are going down.
Well, I was only out by 37 days.
Always love these but wonder why there's never a West Ham fan there to speak
garys lingard criticism is so stupid
This is much better than Arsenal All or Nothing that bored me to tears. Thank you guys for bringing me back from the dead
GARY CAN NEVER BE UNBIASED
yea, thats why I always take anything he says about United with a pinch of salt but i still love Gary
Your caps lock is broken, son
Barca - pay UEFA to ban City
UEFA - ban City
Court - UEFA had 0 proof
PL - City investigation on loop
City v Establishment/VAR,No?😄
they dont owe FDJ any money! if FDJ was suppose to make 300k a week but instead makes 150k a week they shuffle half of his salary on to the rest of his contract. he will still make the same amount of money but one year he could make 450k next 300k a week and so on and so on.. like they do in the nfl and nhl. salary cap!
Should ask these questions again now
Once again, geordie lass talks most sense
Absolutely loving this. Gary has created something beautiful on the Overlap. And his biceps are ridic 💀❤️😂😂
It's so funny watching this on August 15th, as they discuss relegation candidates, especially Brentford, and they've just spanked Man Utd 4 nil 😄
Took 45 seconds for an Arsenal fan to pipe up. Bore off
That Everton Baz always seems to know his stuff, I think he'd make a decent pundit!
Go on Connor lad 😎
That question about derby and Barcelona is spot on. It’s criminal how they can continue to spend and I billions of debt. And you see these little clubs collapsing over a few mill 👏🏻 said from a Everton fan so we feel the same. Can’t buy a toilet roll but Barca can do what they want
Dont ever separate episodes again
Alright
What I wanted to know is Kane or Halaand? Jesus or Nunez? Salah or Son? Saka or Diaz? I've tweaked my fantasy team many times already and still not happy with it lol
This two guys are just talkative legend in England football.l watch from Germany and this guys always on social media talking about players and teams attitude.why both of them never take up a job like Lampard and Gerald did and stop talking too much.🤷♀️
I imagine less work load and responsibility while still decent money.
Really enjoyed this segment 😀
SO ERIKSEN CAN SIGN A SHORT TERM DEAL BUT LINGARD CANT ABSOLUTE NONSENSE
No one even said that, Neville said he could of gone about it a different way
Your caps lock is broken, son
Well spoken and represented Baz (everton fan)
I agree with opening up VAR to the fans.
Rugby is already doing it. There's no problem with it
great watch
Who will score more goals Sterling or Jesus?
Both Neville and Carragher in under a second: Jesus.
Me: Looks at stats for last 6 seasons in which Sterling has outscored Jesus in each and every one of them 😅
Jesus will probably go back down the middle and be the main man at Arsenal.
Would love one these every month
i think they should do it before/after transfer windows as there would be more to talk about
As a United fan Id have beers with baz because he speaks spot on regarding football and it's fans.
In the Netherlands referees do give interviews sometimes when there was a questionable decision in the game.
The quick fire round was as long as United trying to sign De Jong.
When it comes to Barca, Gary is just a salty mess 😂... Those UCL losses and that thumping at Valencia which cost him his job, gives him nightmares
Jesse just wants to be the star of the team. Put himself in the shop window, loads of money, gets a chance at the World Cup squad, and he’s guaranteed a game every game. He’ll getter better offers from better teams if he he’s involved in about 15 goals.
That aged well Neville saying Brentford would struggle after what they’ve just done to unites
Arsenal this season has the 4th best team in the league .... so a 4th place finish is as good as a given in my opinion coz Arsenal never finish below expectation on the table relative to the overall quality and depth of their squad.
4th best squad???
We have to wait until the window ends before making that call
I’ll name a few teams who have a better squad then arsenal. Chelsea spurs Man City man united Liverpool. Arsenal don’t have a squad near any of there level all they’ve added is 2 city rejects arsenal are more on Aston Villa/Newcastle level
too early to call, i worry about chelsea's window with it picking up all of a sudden...
Arsenal net spend is over £225M they should be challenging with that spend! 🤑
Any chance of different fans or is it the same ones every season?
I wish all Chelsea fans looked like that in my day. Alot of us use to look like bulldogs chewing on a wasp in my day. You can get in the middle of my shed all day treacle! Hahaha KNEES UP DAVEY BROWN, KNEES UP DAVEY BROWN!!!
