Does the coverlay have a glossy finish or more of a flat look likebthe oem? I just got one of these vehicles with a glossy dash. It fits okay, but not completely esp around the left side and on the very front near the windshield
Ours are more of a flat vs. glossy finish. If you get a cover from us that does not fit well in the dry fit, or the finish is more glossy than you want, it can be returned. FMI please contact 800-633-7090.
It's better to let the adhesive transfer to the original dash from the cover and then push it down to secure it. Also be careful not to install the silicone adhesive in areas not mentioned in the instructions - some areas need to be able to expand and contract as the temperature fluctuates. I think you could check with a Lexus dealer on a replacement OEM dashboard, but our solution is to save time and money and make it look as close to the OEM as possible with a cover.

No it will not have a soft feel but rather of a hard plastic with some texture. The style ABS we use is notated as "LL" for leather look, which refers to the texture.

This look ok, That airbag just a turn off, ugly looking, if this company can figure out a way not to have that eye soring airbag, make that airbag part to comply with car manufactures when it deploy, I definitely buy it!

In the test we have done, the airbag cover deploys back toward the windshield and doesn't affect the airbag deployment. We will add however that using the airbag cover is completely optional, you can choose to not install it if you prefer.

Very nice. A while back Lexus has a dashboard recall for the RX350, if your is cracked they will replace for free.
That program ended in 2017 sadly
Will the air bag cover affect the safety of a air bag? Was concerned if it would hinder the ejection of the air bag.

Honestly.. it look good and so ez to installed it...fit perfectly. The only thing I don't like it litle peace of the airbags I hard to get even

I think you could check with a Lexus dealer on a replacement OEM dashboard, but our solution is to save time and money and make it look as close to the OEM as possible with a cover.

You should be fine with one tube of silicone.
