V Rising is The Most Fun I've Had in a While

Finally got to play V Rising and had a lot of fun going through it! Game really deserves the attention it gets, if you like vampires and open world survival craft games this is definitely a must check!

This game has been on my radar for quite sometime and I'm glad that you enjoyed it. I found it really cool that your level directly ties into your item level which incentivises you to go out, explore, and craft. The theme of the game and the systems that is has are really cool as well. Each boss also apparently has lore reasons for being there which is a plus. The only negative that I can think of for the game is that it lacks a story but that's more for me because I tend to favour games with one over ones that do not have one. It's also not that much of a negative because the gameplay loop is fun enough and it gives you enough incentive to keep playing (like with games like Valheim, Terraria, Minecraft, and Necesse).

@@judostar11 yeah the item level sydtem was really neat, the progression is simple with better tools = better material gathering but the combat is so fun that it really makes you want to get stronger to go after those harder bosses

Played this in Early Access. Was a fun time. I played it with Arrmeya during that time on the PVP section, because we wanted a bit of a challenge, but only met nice friendly vampires. I'd like to retry it at some point now that it's fully out.
