Wow. It’s almost scary how this was my exact situation. Begged me to take him back, even showed up at my uncle’s funeral telling all my family to convince me to take him back. As soon as I was like “ok let me see” he was like “actually I’m not ready”. It was the craziest thing 😂. I can laugh at it now because I know now what he was doing, he was manipulating me. But once I said no more and I forgave him and let him know I had no anger in my heart towards him, he begged to talk to me in person and I declined. I had started to heal and I wasn’t going back. I was 16yo, 5 ft 10 and 115 lbs. while he is 6 ft 3 250 lbs. I’m 18 years old now and I left him and went no contact just recently.

Omg, I have been devastated. My nex married his old supply 3 weeks after we last spoke and just months after proposing to me. She had him blocked for 3 years before he moved back to his home state. I was so afraid it’s been me, I was all to blame and maybe she was his long lost love. Though it’s still a possibility, your message makes me think maybe he won’t be a better version with her after all. Little did I know, while dating her, he was still calling and texting me to go visit him. She found out about me but still forgave him and took him back and married him. I haven’t spoken to him for 8 months now. I never believed in the Hoover for my situation.

Me being 37, my friends sent me to a beauty contest, I what to final, won nothing, coz was not ready in appearance. I took this contest just like a show, for me it was just a relaxation from teaching routine. Nobody laughed at me, but when it was over, my narcs been recollecting that show for half a years laughing, mocking me and saying that I am a fat cow with crooked feet. I have been over him for a while. 100% moved on and started dating someone else. He tries to become friends with my current boyfriend even after he knows he doesn't like him. He won't stop trying to message me, even after many ignored texts. I could care less though. He deserves what he gets, even though I don't wish anything bad on him, I know it's coming because karma doesn't just let bad things slide, even though empaths will. Hario, even with no contact, they come back around to strike again. I truly was depleted in Sept. when support stopped. Then interim support mediation was 5 hours total just chipping me down to the point of food, babysitting for my son w/Sneeds. I was prepared for the last assault, but afterwards it was again depleting. I'm just coming back again and again. I feel I can identify with St. George fighting the dragon. You're right, as an empath, I do sense something is coming again. Hypervigilance is part of the past program that latches on to it. That's what they do. They trained that in you. Like they have a Caesar salad and just gave you a crouton, or a burger platter and just gave you a pickle chip. They put that mindset in your head in subtle ways and played with your mind. So abusive, that they are addicted to abusing you. OMG. I'm no contact and still moving forward no matter what. Thank you for being there. My boundaries will not be crossed even though he wants me to suffer and he's ruminating and I can sense the destruction. I don't ever want to go back, I want to be free. You helped me get through some of the worst moments of my life. I appreciate what you do so much because you put it in such a forceful way you give us hope that we are strong and we can stand up to them. That we can walk away from them even when we feel it’s hopeless. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you because even after he’s gone I’m still faithfully devoted to listening to you because you give me strength to stay away and to always remember what I’m dealing with. From the physical, mental and emotional abuse, to him stealing, and wanting to destroy me all of it, you ring true. Everyone hears the term narcissist but few actually know what it is. When you leave set your own standard of a glow up. It's not comparing yourself with anyone but glow up to the degree that you are happy and healthy. Many times in the relationship I also felt like all was a bussiness, due to they love money and is more important the material things than people's feelings. When I tried to defend myself from my father he turned the tables and yelled “he’s trying to kill me!” The look he gave me of complete betrayal made me realize the one person I depended on emotionally and financially was not afraid to play dirty. I was 16yo, 5 ft 10 and 115 lbs. while he is 6 ft 3 250 lbs. I’m 18 years old now and I left him and went no contact just recently.

Omg, I have been devastated. My nex married his old supply 3 weeks after we last spoke and just months after proposing to me. She had him blocked for 3 years before he moved back to his home state. I was so afraid it’s been me, I was all to blame and maybe she was his long lost love. Though it’s still a possibility, your message makes me think maybe he won’t be a better version with her after all. Little did I know, while dating her, he was still calling and texting me to go visit him. She found out about me but still forgave him and took him back and married him. I haven’t spoken to him for 8 months now. I never believed in the Hoover for my situation.

Me being 37, my friends sent me to a beauty contest, I what to final, won nothing, coz was not ready in appearance. I took this contest just like a show, for me it was just a relaxation from teaching routine. Nobody laughed at me, but when it was over, my narcs been recollecting that show for half a years laughing, mocking me and saying that I am a fat cow with crooked feet.
It was funny to me coz they been remembering the show which I for got 1 week later.
And they even were not present there.

Hario, even with no contact, they come back around to strike again. I truly was depleted in Sept. when support stopped. Then interim support mediation was 5 hours total just chipping me down to the point of food, babysitting for my son w/Sneeds. I was prepared for the last assault, but afterwards it was again depleting. I'm just coming back again and again. I feel I can identify with St. George fighting the dragon. You're right, as an empath, I do sense something is coming again. Hypervigilance is part of the past program that latches on to it. That's what they do. They trained that in you. Like they have a Caesar salad and just gave you a crouton, or a burger platter and just gave you a pickle chip. They put that mindset in your head in subtle ways and played with your mind. So abusive, that they are addicted to abusing you. OMG. I'm no contact and still moving forward no matter what. Thank you for being there. My boundaries will not be crossed even though he wants me to suffer and he's ruminating and I can sense the destruction. I don't ever want to go back, I want to be free. I'm still fighting with God on my side. My training will prevail over this monster! Narc mindset about getting you is evilness and the narc's adoration of the father of lies through vile behaviors. I can't believe I have been surrounded by this for so long and now I'm paying the price for it.

Everything you say is true, I started watching you when I was with him and your words and truth shook my soul and I knew everything you were saying was true. You helped me get through some of the worst moments of my life. I appreciate what you do so much because you put it in such a forceful way you give us hope that we are strong and we can stand up to them. That we can walk away from them even when we feel it’s hopeless. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you because even after he’s gone I’m still faithfully devoted to listening to you because you give me strength to stay away and to always remember what I’m dealing with. From the physical, mental and emotional abuse, to him stealing, and wanting to destroy me all of it, you ring true. Everyone hears the term narcissist but few actually know what it is. When you leave set your own standard of a glow up. It's not comparing yourself with anyone but glow up to the degree that you are happy and healthy. They don't want you happy and healthy without them.
You are right, every time I went back it got worse. Even as a friend, they will continue to try and destroy you. He set me up and tried to have someone else hurt me because I wasn't sleeping with him anymore. Leave these people alone, some of them will try to kill or hurt you.

I never would have believed this before. He broke my heart and changed me forever. He is a textbook narcissist. It’s been a year since he left me for his new source. I have used that year wisely. I have educated myself constantly on who he is and always will be. He had told me when we were together that he was jealous of my situation and all that I had. Many times in the relationship I also felt like all was a bussiness, due to they love money and is more important the material things than people's feelings. As you say, the only aim, goal is to destroy you (the empathic) just because you shine, you smile, you love, you can be independent, you can do things for yourself and when they see good things happening, they must destroy those moments of joy or happiness. They are full of hate and anger and they reflect those feelings on you which is absolutely unfair and unhealthy

I needed to hear this. Thank you so much. Every time i took him back it got worse. I’m 3 weeks in to leaving him this time, petrified of the hoovering and love bombing stages that I anticipate. I want to be stronger than I have ever been and am working hard at doing anything and everything I can now to ensure I never go back but I am anxious. Thank you, hearing this has really helped me.
