Other than making Mazi lose weight and using the small safety as a LB everybody else fitted Quinn's scheme pretty good. I think they will be better as a whole with Zimmer! Welcome back east tx, H towns finest Mr Danny!

If they use Zeke as a tenderizer, I believe Rico and Deuce can make for an effective run game for real.
Man the defense will be fine with Zimmer calling it.
I do believe the Cowboys will get it done and not have the problem of stopping the run in 2024.
if they can't do with all the guys already left what can they do with these backup guys ? after throughout OTA,Mini camp , Training camp ,4 preseason,17 regular season none of them can unseat any starters despite rash of injuries !!!! now they counting on them and rookies ? really ? this season just setting up for next highest draft order ,and that about its

Great to see Danny McCray back, the show is not the same without him. Rodgers the 7th pick will have a better rookie year than Mazi as a DT, it's impossible to be worse.

If they use Zeke as a short yardage goal line type of back no way in H-e-double hockey stick Zeke gets a 1000 and they have never really used Zeke in the passing game. When they did it was usually positive, so throw it to him now cause his yards per carry has decreased!
Not to mention the Cowboys are going against teams that are good at stuffing the run..

@@thegodbox12 in ref to Zeke that might be the case, I'm not delusional I just know he isn't getting a 1000 yards which is basically the same thing you said so I guess we both delusional, Cowboys fan I will always be regardless, I have no control over trash coaching. I won't be disappointed if they don't go anywhere, I've tapered my expectations a little Zeke or no Zeke!
