A, 1 dimensional offense will always struggle in playoffs, which is exactly what dallas has been for many years. No running game. And the defense has been absolutely pathetic in postseason more times than good.

Under pressure dak ranked 1st in completion (64.5%), 1st in passer rating (103.5) and 1st in CPOE( +10.8%) under pressure. Oh, CPOE stands for completion percentage over expected. A qbs CPOE is considered ELITE if they complete passes 5% better than expected. Again, dak was +10.5% under pressure last year.

How is Dallas the only or seemingly the only team in this position? The problem may be that either the salary cap is too low or the p,Ayer salaries are out of control. You can’t have a SC where half of it gets eaten up by 3 players.
49ers also had a cheaper guy for more years sitting right there. So even if they were equal and they might see something in treat. Brock was cheaper for longer.

It's funny how the Dak haters say let Dak walk and draft a QB. Well, let's look at that. Since 2016, when Dak was drafted, there have only been 5 QB's drafted in the first 4 rounds that could be considered better than Dak. Which is Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow and Trevor Lawrence. There have been 59 QB's drafted in the first 4 rounds. So that means if Dallas drafts a QB in 2025, they have an 9% chance of getting a QB that is better than Dak. That is 9%. So that means they have a 91% chance of drafting a QB that is worse than Dak.
And remember this. In 2016, Dallas wanted to and tried to trade up to draft Paxton Lynch and Connor Cook. Where are they now? They got Dak, a 2nd round graded QB, in the 4th. They struck gold. Also, remember that the 49ers gave up their 1st round picks in 2021, 2022, 2023 and their 3rd round pick in 2022 for Trey Lance, who was the #3 pick in the 2021 draft. How did that work out for them?
