    I noticed you had your machine plugged straight into a wall socket, hopefully you are using a surge protector for that machine.

      Oh my no, we travel in a camper, everything is plugged into line conditioning battery backup systems. The green plug on the wall is the line conditioner.

    Where do you purchase your material for the patches?

      Tackle twill can come from several suppliers, stahls has a good selection.
      Any fabric from any fabric supplier the client is looking for will work, color and texture can make the patch really standout.
