This is one of my favorite sheikhs, may Allah preserve our pious scholars and guide us through them.
SubhanAllah,
Ya Sayyidi Ya Shaykh
The verse the Shaykh mentions for strengthening memory is:
Sanuqri-oka fala tansa
'We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget'
(Quran 87:6)
Masha Allah. May Allah swt protect our Sayyidi and his loved ones. Aameen
Very beneficial clip. Jazakallah Khayran for sharing.
Allah Allah Allah Allah !!!!!!!!!
Sheikh Yaqoubi was also talking about Al-Imam As-Syafii and his teacher Waqi' whom he complained about his lack of memory. Wallahu alam.
Masha Allah
Alhamadullillah
Surah Ala - Verse 6
سنقرئك فلا تنسى
Sanuqriuka Falaa Tansaa
ShadhiliMaster diazaoulakhou khayran
Repeat, don't be discouraged, leave sins
“Your mind, your ears, your eyes. Everything.”😎

Will summarize it. Stomach acid is much stronger acid than any food. Citrus fruits do contain acids that could affect your teeth, and certainly taste sour. However, the question is what happens after digestion. Citrus fruit residue after digestion causes alkaline. That is because they contain minerals. A cup of lemon slices with no peel contains:
Calcium 55.1mg
Magnesium 17.0mg
Phosphorus 33.9mg
Potassium 293mg
(Why are citrus fruits considered acid when they're alkaline in the body?)
