I like this house layout, definitely go with a downstairs guest bedroom, but I would move the door to make it an actual suite. Need to open up that Harry Potter space, too much wasted space. As a side note, Mike, I have to chuckle everytime you mention the kitchen sink "and faucet". Just tickles me. I'm a bit surprised this channel isn't taking off more. I love the luxury homes, but these are more realistic for most of us. Thanks to both you and Haley.

If I was working from home I'd probably use that downstairs room as my office. But otherwise I would keep the layout as is. Really nice home
