I know the whole Himeko's coffee is a gag but really, how even Himeko herself is able to survive that ammount of coffee. I bet is because of her fire powers.

I think as he still "mentally" human and have human brain, sleep is still necessarily for him. Still I do think he could autopilot his body, but it's too much anyway lol
@musfirah9341 he quite literally still uses human parts like his head, brain and heart, sleep is still necessary for the brain to function well it isn't just the body that needs sleep,
