I usually play tutorials at 1.5 speed cause it´s not to the point. This I almost had to slow down! Very nice content :)

Mine only works when i click the mouse button one time to set the burst... in your video it looks like you go back and forth between middle and left mouse. Mine can only activate one time. Any idea why? Also this video seems outdated. You can no longer add variables in the emitters it would seem.. only in the NS

5:05 I can't help but notice that I don't remember you adding this "Spawn Burst Instantaneous" component, but you mentioned watching the other videos. However, I've been watching this playlist in exact order (been super helpful, by the way, best Niagara tutorial I've ever found) and I don't remember you mentioning this. I also notice your system looks nothing like mine despite the fact I've been following to a T so far. It feels like either one of the playlist's videos are out of order, you did something off screen, or that part is in a video not part of the playlist.

what if i just want to get the parameters from a system already in the scene? do i need to create it inside the actor or can i just get the user exposed params from a public object reference in the bp?

Awesome!! Any clue on how to add a parameter to rotate the entire simulation? I simply want to rotate in Z but in blueprint or direct add rotating distorts the simulation.

@@unrealmagic1 I have one question that I can't figure out on my own. I'll be grateful for your help with it!
      So, the issue is:
      > have to use Initialize mesh reproduction sprite and Update mesh reproduction sprite
      > add some forced to Particle update and Solve forced and velocity module
      > then want to use Lerp particles attributes by positions
      > Position A is Output - Initialize mesh reproduction sprite - Position
      > Position B is gonna be Output - Solve forced and velocity - Position
But in newest version UE5 it's doesn't show up. What the solution to use this set up?
      Thanks in advance mate!

I always think to myself, maybe you have a job where you recorded so fast and in a hurry.

  • @thenewcommons
    @thenewcommons 2 года назад +2

You're awesome at breaking this down but you're just a little bit too fast! Actually it's not the speed at which you're explaining but more that your pace is at a constant high pace, maybe some slower parts might help to be able to listen to you for longer. Or not, still really great stuff!

    • @mindped

@@unrealmagic1 It would get boring if slow... you are correct.. keep the speed it saves a great deal of time.. if people get lost they can pause and rewind.

I feel more confused after watching 1 min than before.
You go left, right, right, left, up down, left, left forget all that and again.
You should realy slow down write a script or so.
