It's where they get 47 so wrong, because he may not be interested or even care, but he will greet the person and have casual dialogue to not bring attention to himself rather than stand there blankly and be all socially awkward penguin like in the movie here.

If u played hitman from the beginning. This movie is just an insult to the games. The actor himself thou gets props. He does play a younger 47 well even thou he would be a bit older in the games. This movie would of worked better if he just was a clone of 47. Let's call him 23 they want to train him to be another 47.... I could ramble on more but it doesn't really matter. Have a good day

I'm just sad we didn't get him introducing himself as "Tobias Reaper" as a reference to the games. It's weird to see Agent 47 so awkward in conversation when he's so smooth in the games.

Let's be honest here. He was the perfect choice. Attractive, buff, perfect shaped head, tall, intimidating, he even has the walk down.

He really didn't have to exit his hide that early. They didn't even have his location until the explosion.
47 likes, balanced as it should be.
The problem is what happens after, the president guy dropped to the ground with anticipation breaking fall with his hands, while he has no head and should have dropped like a rock. That would have been like "daammmmn."
They usually lock down most of the exits at the same time the search commences.

1st rule of the sniper , ensure your exit . He set a bomb to the rifle stuff
( delayed of course ) , then went for his exit . He would use the timed explosion to draw peoples attention to the bomb , and that let him exit the building with nobody looking at him .

Olyphant did an amazing job. He plays the brutal assassin, but also the human behind it....you can see the former abducted child with little to no social skills always in his eyes.
he was chosen for this role he made it perfect one of the best assasins in action movie
If they make a Hitman tv show thats more accurate i would not mind if they gave Timity Olyphant a second chance

Tim Olyphant nailed this character to perfection. He was offered the second movie 'Agent 47' but turned it down. He is a serious talent. Justified, the best series I have ever seen 'Justified and Deadwood'. He moves like Eastwood when he plays a law man, his swagger is just natural. I hope he comes back if they do a third. His replacement was to me nowhere as good.

Agent 47 & the Script was given to Paul Walker before his death… I couldn’t imagine that with him leading the role for Hitman but who knows what it would’ve turned out to be tbh.

This role was first offered to Jason Statham.
To me, the best scenes in the movie were:
1. After the escape from ambush at hotel, he comes out dressed in Agent47 suit. Goosebumps.
2. "Nika, I have to go." Look at their eyes speaking. Only moment 47 being down to normal.
This movie is an absolute masterpiece. Watched multiple times, still loving it.
He did great as Agent 47. And people are saying he is “perfect” for the role (don’t get me wrong, he was great) but David Bateson looks like Agent 47 and voices agent 47. He would nail it.
Same. I also think he wasn't perfect as Agent 47 in this film. Yes the actor you chose as Agent 47 would be perfect. But there's also another actor who would be the perfect Agent 47. It's Jason Statham. He looks exactly like Agent 47. I don't understand why no one has yet casted him as 47 in a Hitman film.

This guy was perfect for 47. Why? Because he is perfectly neutral looking. He doesnt look old, but he doesnt look young. He doesnt look handsome, but he doesnt look ugly. He doesnt look tall, but he doesnt look short. He doesnt look skinny, but he doesnt look bulky. Everything about him is neutral so he can blend in to any given situation

This movie is better than it's given credit for, Olyphant's performance as 47 was damn near perfect, it was obvious he studied and knew the character well, it was just let down by a lacklustre script and storyline. Which is what annoys me the most, the Hitman games have a great storyline running through them, that's what should have been used and it should have had all the ridiculous bits too, killing people in insanely unpredictable ways, using multiple disguises at a moments notice, walking around like a ghost, being so smooth even Teflon would be jealous, hiding bodies all over the freaking place that only get discovered after he's left the scene, more Diana. Everything about the movie should be paying homage to the games.

Decent action movie, but such a terrible Hitman film. He shoots his way out of every situation instead of sneaking like you're supposed to do in the games.

They nailed the 3rd person walking sequences down pat! The director specifically mentioned to Olyphant the "floating" nature of the walk.
This movie may have been odd for the games, but Olyphant did a great job
47 knew something was wrong when he was asked to break his "normal parameters". He was used to test out Belicoffs clone. And 47 was the tie string that needed to be cut. Ultimately with the end of setting him up with not doing the job with killing the girl. Life is sheisty asf in this strange world. Even the ones who work an underground operation of that sort dont realize that theyre dispensable by their own law that they protect.
Belicoff here is played by a famous danish actor. As a Dane it's quite amusing to see Danes play vilans like this

This movie was underrated. It was not a masterpiece but it was very pleasant for the 47 fan I am. And Oliphant was a great at interpreting one of my favorite characters in video games ever.
