- Hello, my name is Emily. I am 9 years old and this is my eighteenth video. I recently had the opportunity to play Come Together live with Mrs. Jones Revenge, a California Classic Rock cover band. Here is the bands video and I hope you will enjoy watching this live performance:

In my opinion,I believe Ringo wasn't capable of playing complicated riffs.most was by professional studio musicians like Bernard Purdie.if you look at the old live performances of the Beatles,Ringo literally sucked .I never saw him do anything that would come close to a Keith moon, Ginger Baker , or John Bonham.

congrats!!, imagine what you will be capable off a few years from now. at your age I didn´t even play any instrument, I started playing at 13. didn´t even dreamed of playing that song at 9.
Emily brought a smile to my face with her bravura performance on the drums of this Beatles classic. This young lady has mad skills & I am sure we will be hearing from her in the future. If I could make a request I would love to hear her take on "Rain" because Ringo's work on that song was just so heavy for its day. "Tomorrow Never Knows" is another great Beatles Tour De Force for Ringo that would be a great cover fo Emily. Keep up the great work Emily & we will see you on tour in the 2020s!

Ringo is a left handed drummer and always led with his left to the right. It's what gave him that unique sound. If you watch Emily closely in this video, she is mimicking Ringo's style. Many famous drummers have noticed how he did it and said that it is not easy to replicate. Great job, Emily!
She was not. Ringo did not hit the ride cymbal on the two down beats with the bass drum, nor did he start from the top tom down to the floor tom. He hit the bass drum only on the two downbeats and started on the floor Tom and went up TOWARDS the top tom. Just saying, and he was not very rough with the drums, she should learn how to play with touch. But nevertheless, it was still a great cover considering her age and I give her my applaud.
she's compensating for the closed cans. I doubt that her drums are mixed in the sound so they blend in from her perspective. Her tempo is spot on and if she keeps working with original versions of songs she will make some band a great drummer.

Some people undermine Ringo's drumming. Maybe they can see this and say "See? Ringo's drumming is a child's play". But how many drummers can do the same as Emily? Congratulations, sweet Emily. You make sure that Ringo's is amazing.

I LOVE the way you pull back on the tom fills going into the solo section! You totally nailed the feel on those (try some "tea towels" on the drums for a more muted sound).
