Dosing on wobenzym seems to be all over the map.. I have a torn labrum and a rotator cuff injury.. I also continue to lift weights 3-4X a week. I’m 185lbs and 6ft tall.. How many Wobenzym Ns should I take everyday? I’ve heard of people taking 40-50 daily of these things. So far I’ve been taking 12 per day in 4 pill increments on an empty stomach for a week and haven’t noticed a material change in my recovery. Appreciate the input! Thx!
That’s a lot of pills! A few things to consider: enzymes won’t heal an actual anatomical tear if it’s big enough so that may be why you’re not noticing any improvements and second, if this enzyme isn’t working I would try a different formulation.

I am not certain about taking enzymes with other supplements in the stomach - I would probably keep them separate because you want the enzymes to be absorbed and work systemically and I’m not sure If something like NAC would affect that. I’d wait about an hour before eating, after you take them.
I take mine around 4/5am when I go potty as you must drink a large glass of water. Then breakfast around 730am.

Just wondering how you use them? Daily or just before a stressfull workout like a basketball game? How do younuse the PE?
Usually after a more intense workout or can be daily if during the course of a heavy training block.

After I started taking Serrakinase plus Nattokinase, almost every time I run (I'm a sprinter) I get a muscle strain/pull. Why?
