So what part of Dallas has less damaging natural disasters? How bad are they really? Does your house get flooded to the point you need to tear out dry wall? Does the hail damage your car every yr when season comes? Do you need to change your roof every 3yrs?? Just want to know how much money you’re going to expect to cover these damages w insurance. Does your car have dents from hail every time?
Great questions! It really depends on the areas, some parts of DFW face fewer issues with flooding or hail. Hail damage isn’t usually yearly, but storms can be unpredictable. Have you looked into areas with lower natural disaster risks?

Thanks for watching! 😊 I'm glad you found the video helpful! What did you find most interesting about Corinth?
@@thedfwhomeownerthis was my first introduction to the city, so hearing the pros and cons from a professionals standpoint was great!
I love living here ! But I hate the traffic 😅
Glad to hear you love living there! 😊 The traffic can definitely be a downside. Have you found any good shortcuts or ways to beat the traffic?
You mention the traffic, we are considering Corinth/Lake Dallas as opposed to somewhere around 380 because the known traffic. Is it as bad as that?
i35 has gotten so much better. I'd prefer to live off of that than 380 personally.
