I'm on a high end system the game runs smooth with no stutter but my fps drops to 150 even with all these settings and a 3090 24gb card and 32 gb ram an empty drive I've tried everything even lowering the in game graphics makes no difference so I put everything back to high and highest. If anyone has any ideas that would be great.

Try enabling vsync in ur game to make sure u get stable frames
Make sure u have ultimate performance power plan
Set ur game on high priority
