@@BuildDadBuild I wonder what I am doing wrong. I choose to center in laserbox, I line it up eye level, and use a measuring tape to make sure I am dead center and lined up with the branding logo. For some reason, the cup turns what looks to be about a quarter turn before starting to engrave. I have tried to account for that, but can never get it right. Not sure if it’s some kind of a quirk with my machine/rotary in particular or what, but never heard of anyone else having problems. If I have it sent as cylindrical, and I go to frame my design, it just moves the cup and goes in a straight line instead of framing around the design, then it engraves in a straight line.
