I have a nissan dualis,
With aircon on and at idle itll overheat
With aircon on and driving its fine
Without aircon on and idling its fine also. Only when idle and aircon on!

I had the same problem with my Nissan Dualis - initially put it in to get a regas, but didn't need it. The problem was a faulty relay switch for the condenser fan.
