just bought same ur model is that normal the liquid can comes out from the vent ( locker button above ) when i press autoseal button only happens when the spout above and vent is down i see liquid comes out from vent so that norma?
I had tried 2 so far. Both leak through the lock vent and pour liquid on my nose when I tilt far up to finish the drink. It doesn’t keep liquid hot as long as my cheaper mug. Displeased. Not with the price.
I've had two of these now and both started leaking from around the lid after having them for a relatively short period of time. I don't know if the o-ring is faulty or what, but after having two of them fail me I don't think I'll be buying any more.
@@goodvibes7614 hey it says hot for 5h which i can confirm as accurate. Make sure to buy the 2.0 model as they re designed the mouthpiece for easier cleaning ( it is one piece and folds out)
PSA don't tilt it and then press the button while it's filled with hot coffee unless you want a splash of hot liquid on your person. Always hold it upright press the button then tilt before drinking it.
Great mugs when new but it's not long before they start chewing up the gasket then they dribble when you tilt them. Bottom line, the gasket needs to be replaced regularly but are not readily available 😒 It's a shame they didn't just stick with the slightly larger snapseal gasket for this model which is easy to source.
Not sure why people say its "difficult" to use this mug. LOL But their autoseal sucks, it failed after maybe a year? and it's a pretty common thing. They would replace it but you have to send them back the bad one at your own cost, or like they suggest on their website, "to make it easier, you should return it to the store you bought it". which either way is inconvenient. Their products should be consistent.
Everything works well when new. Give it 3 weeks and it starts leaking if not sooner. Enjoying like a small kids new toy to the point that you have to create the video lol
Leak proof, yes, but the paint finish chipped after only 6 weeks of use. It's supposed to be dishwasher safe but it looks horrible now. Not worth the money IMO. And I looked up the warranty on it but of course, it doesn't cover "paint chipping" so they know about this issue. I wouldn't recommend it personally.....unless you're willing to hand wash it carefully to protect the finish.
The cup itself is wonderful however the spring load mechanism inside the cup is a health hazard if you use creamer in your coffee. It’s virtually impossible to get all the gunk it stores behind the back of the spring clean. The entire lid has to be soaked in vinegar for hours to break up the muck. Too bad because we love the cup , it’s a virus waiting to happen
No leaking, but after using it daily for coffee, I have found the most disgusting gunk build up inside the lid around the spring area. I do not even want to know how long I have been drinking out of it, after washing it daily and that gunk didn't come out. GROSS!

nice idea, bought this after spilling beverage on my keyboard and had to spend hours drying keyboard. Problem is, clever as they were to make cup with great sealing feature , the disappointed in usability, cause you have to watch RUclips tutorial on how to drink from the dam cup. They could have very easily added some text to the top so you know the locking mechanism is not the place to drink from and vice versa, but instead they prefferd to leave that as puzzle, would not have bought the dam cup if i knew i would have to pass a test before drinking. Its just like all the fing deodorant makers who like to use the locking mechanism as a puzzle for users, and they change those locking mechanism design every 6 months. If you cant make a fing cup in a way thats its obvious at first glance how to use it, you are an idiot.in fact i might return the cup. And go get me a cup with no instructions and a water proof keyboard.

They don't fit car mug holders, too tall for coffee machines and the seal doesn't last long. Overall an exceptionally poor design.
