really enjoyed this. I think I'm going to get both. I think the tank would be better for house shots. And the purple hammer would be better for tournament bowling. Thank you for making the video
Just my opinion, but it is good that the compliment each other... but on the other hand if they are nearly identical when they are close to the dry and then when you need to move left the purple hammer looks better then you might as well stay with purple hammer the whole time
I wonder if the pin camera for the strike seeker could be put just infront of the 1 pin looking down to where you can see super detailed between pin deflection.
This!! Somehow i cant believe it you only throw it like 14 mphs.. looks faster somehow.. i throw 16,7 mph two handed and my ball takes the same time as yours to hit the pins.. maybe i throw slower than i thought or you throw faster than this system shows...
It's possible the speed meter on the lanes is on the foul line not at the camera near pins most people don't know but the PBA shows the speed at the foul line not at the pins like every normal Alley makes it seem faster. Hes probably 17mph on release
@@thewalls239 I think he has enough hand that his ball doesn't slow down a lot as it rolls. I've tried taking my hand out of a ball and it was easily 2 MPH slower at the pins than when I rip the cover off
@@coopergates9680 it depends on how steep of a shot you throw. It'll affect your speed. The steeper the angle, the more the ball has to slow to change direction.

Brunswick is releasing new Purple Hammers. But they are making sure their new manufacturing plants can produce them correctly. They are also considering, for 14 lb Purples, either infusing them with Carbon Fiber (Hammer) or filling them with DynamiCore (Brunswick) to increase the 14 lb C.O.R. so they hit like the 15 lb two-piece design. Stay tuned.
Likely they will be similar, but not the same. The purple hammer has a softer cover and can be manipulated easier. But, for the same reason many of them are illegal. It's likely Brunswick will change the cover hardness so that they don't become soft and don't have to redesign after testing. it will be different.
@@chugalingus4642 The reason Brunswick is waiting as long as they are to release new Purple's is they want them to be back better than ever. No because the purple hammer doesn’t react like a pearl. Plus the widow wasn’t any good. Why not compare two good urethane balls rather than one good vs a bad?

Nothin hits like a hammer! For most of us who bowl on a house pattern with a decent volume or length, the purple hammer isn’t quite enough. It’s not a separate camera. That camera can’t be moved
My purple tank worked good there
How many 10 pins can you pick up. 9 out of 10? will it replace your spare ball?
