Im trying to transfer my old company PF to new company but it rejected with following reason "Wages more than 15000 even though EPS contribution deducted" then I searched in youtube and got to know that I have to reach out to my old company and clear eps column balance but now the problem is its being difficult to contact old company and get response. Is there any way to transfer or can I withdraw my old company PF without transferring it? Please suggest something.

Little hestiation to go with your video for claim. Your advance withdrawal amount was more than 50K no tax deduction ? usually we have to fill form 15 H or G to get tax exempted. Can you explain how you saved your tax ?
There is no tax deduction on advance PF withdrawal using form 31. Tax is applicable at the time of full and final PF withdrawal using form 19 in which case of 15G has to be uploaded.
I think the safest reason is illness for advance pf withdrawal. Sometimes employment service period can cause rejection if you select any other reason.
In KYC it is showing approved but, PAN card name & Aadhar card name not matching i.e in PAN card Sur name is at last & in aadhar card Sur name is first. There will be any problem during withdrawal

You can try to claim but there are chances that it PF withdrawal claim can be rejected in case of mismatch in name.
When I clicked on claim it is showing as "Unexpected error while verifying bank details. Please try after sometime"
