Grow tents (4’x4’x8’ feet) make really good powder coating spray booths, they have lots of vent holes to hook up fans and are reasonably priced (I paid only 80$ for mine); and also very easy to keep clean because of the reflective Mylar that they’re made out of.

is there any power on the garage door or do you have a 2nd filer on the back of the fan to catch as much powder as possible?

I do get some but not much and I think it’s my filter choice as well as I should have built more of a full frame around the filters. But the dust on the back is minimal.

Are you still using the oven you built from the freezer? If so does it still work well? I’m fixing to build my own and I was wondering about some feedback after you have had it for a while.

Hey thanks for watching. yes I still use it. The only thing that I have changed is a little bigger of a vent. I had it to small at the beginning and so some of the heat came back through the burner and melted some wires so I had to replace the burner but once I had good venting it has been running ever sense.

What vent are you talking about? Did you route a return air back to the blower?

@@gregoryroyse4101 no I just have a hole cut in the side of the box to let pressure out. If it’s not there the box pressurizes and comes back through the burner.
