Greetings everyone! In this video, our guests are Natalie and her cute cat Rich! They came to our veterinary clinic complaining of "bloody stools". Since there are many possibilities that can cause bloody stool in cats, we started a detailed investigation! Examination and test results showed that we are faced with many cat diseases. We talked about various problems and their treatments in cats, such as corona disease, bloody stools, anal sac inflammation, and joint problems! Rich cat's nails also had to be cut because their nails turned inward and grew longer. But Rich objected to the nail trimming so much that he left us with the most serious cat attack situation we have encountered in a long time!
I prefer the old format. Thank you for the wonderful care of the animals. My cat Sophie is extremely anxious and I have a vet appointment for her shots soon.
I don't hate the video style, but I prefer the old way. It was interesting to find out more about the pet and your thoughts on the disanostic process.

My Turkish friend tells me that there are a lot of cats without homes wandering around (that's how he got his two girl kitties ..... They came for food when pregnant and he took them in, found homes for the kittens, had them neutered, and kept them both). It is wonderful that this get helps the homeless ones 😍

I've had many cats over decades, and no British vet I've ever taken any of them to has been as good, kind, knowledgeable and helpful as Tugay.
I like the old format better, though I like learning about the diagnoses. Maybe keep the old format but do a recap at the end of a video (like 3-5 min)? I'll still watch anyway because I think you're a great vet!

Can I tell you that eventually you will have another cat and love he or she as much as your departed kitten, and that yes, you will do you best for him or her, but you will never forget your kitten. Don't deprive yourself of the love of a cat. I've had many cats, some have died of illness and one of an accident, and some of old age but all have given me so much love and pleasure.

I also prefer the old format. I'm an old lady - I don't like change LOL! I think the chat with the owner was too much resulting in a much longer video, prefer to focus on the animals. Even so, it doesn't hurt to try something new now and again.

I like this format and would be nice for some of the videos. I lost my cat to FIP about 8 months ago. He was only 3 yo. Hope the kitty is going to be okay. I heard there is a treatment available and is shots daily for many months. But no available here. Take care. Love your videos especially the cats.

Déjà, je voulais m'excuser pour mon retard sur votre message. Je suis désolée pour votre papa, j'espère que ce n'est pas trop grave. Pour moi le résultat de ma dernière opération, il y a 4 mois ( arthrodèse sous talienne ) c'est pas génial. Apparemment la convalescence est très longue pour bien récupérer. J'ai rdv avec mon chirurgien le 7 août avec radios de contrôles de plusieurs interventions . Surtout que j'ai subi une grosse opération quatre mois avant. Ça fait beaucoup en peu de temps. J'en suis à ma 26 ème anesthésie générale. Mais il y a plus grave que moi , tant que c'est mécanique !!!. Le problème c'est que je suis sous anticoagulant suite à une embolie pulmonaire. Ça pose beaucoup de problèmes pour me soigner. Voilà Vania, c'est rare que je raconte ma vie, mais parfois de se confier, ça fait du bien. Je vous souhaite un bon après-midi et surtout, je souhaite un bon rétablissement pour votre papa. Encore merci Vania pour votre gentil message et au plaisir de vous lire... 🌺🌻🌷 💖 🙋♀️

This was a nice change. It was very informative and worth knowing if you own a cat. I like that the owner shared her feelings. She seemed very honest about them. I liked it. I think that you could do this format when the content calls for it If it's just an examination and the focus is on cuteness or temperament this format wouldn't work well because there wouldn't be much to say that wasn't said in the video. 😊

Yes. I liked seeing the actual clinic. I think the owner talking is a good idea, but keep it shorter. I like your medical explanations. Hmmmm, the Jury is still out (ie, l havent decided!) Maybe play with the format a little? Definitely keep the funny subtitles. "I'll destroy this building" is hysterical. Also, on that point, please font forget a lot of us are reading subtitles and it does get tiring. 20 minutes or so is enough.

The doctor is always very kind although Rich s very nervous the girl is beautiful and nice, the format is good but I prefer the old one. Maybe it could be nice to see a presentation of the cat or dog with a video card before the vet visit.

I like this new format, it’s like a 1/2 hour TV show. I never saw the show on Exxen, I’m in the US, but I imagine it was something like this. 😀👍

I like that the new format enables some opportunity for teaching in more detail than the other format; but not everyone can watch for so long. You know which you prefer doing. Poor kitty. I'm not sure if it is the same in cats as dogs; but we had a dog with occasional anemia. She was given some liverwurst; like a small ball and that helped along with some vitamins. Thank you.
You can make some videos in this format which needs more detail..but dont make all videos like this..old format of videos are more raw and real.
This new format is wonderful. More information is always beneficial. Totally love hearing & seeing the owners with their pet cats & interacting with the staff.
