I suspect that most TI's are codependent especially the scapegoats. I was the scapegoat but busted out of that family mess. I went to college and have a career in the legal field. It's really helped me stay grounded in the mental fuckery from these beings and the people they are using to get to others. I'm not sharing this to invalidate anything you are offering. My experience has been that whatever they do is upsetting the first couple of times and then I know that strategy because they have triggered it out of me. On some level they are doing us a great service in triggering us. I felt like they got three shots at me (after I finally accepted that I was being attacked) and after that, those tactics didn't work. I also had the most problems with attacks through low frequency people, Cluster Bs and their enablers. Getting away from them was a big part of it. But I also have family who are mad as hell that I cut them off because I wasn't supposed to do that. I will observe the game and get attacked but when I figure out the rules I will go on the offensive. I feel there is value in allowing triggers because they eventually don't work and you heal in those places. This strategy is not for everyone. If you are traumatized then you need support and help. I apparently knew what I was doing since childhood because I didn't know I was scapegoated and just lived my life. My family were always negging me and I couldn't figure it out because I was just living my life. But their programming didn't work on me. And, they are terrified of me because I will destroy their illogical narc logic on the spot. But I know I am not normal in this. Mostly I think it's a frequency game. And those of us who chosen (chosen ones) to wake up have Divine protection at this time. These beings and people they attach themselves to must reveal themselves now, so you really must believe people when they show you who and what they are, otherwise they will think you've given permission to be harassed. I know when I am being attacked or monitored because my left ear will ring, or I see repeating 5s and combinations of ones and fours. When I see that or hear the ear ringing I will immediately say out loud I DO NOT CONSENT to attacks chaos or monitoring. I tell them to GTFO out of my left ear and stop bothering me. My guides gave me that info recently and the attacks were dramatically curtailed. I would recommend the article from Cameron Day called "Why I'm No Longer a Lightworker" because in truth the "light" does the same things as the dark (the light and the dark are the same beings, the New (c)Age), we're sovereign and they must respect our free will. I'd also recommend a revocation of all contracts (look online) and continuing revocations when you find you've missed one. If we are attacked we have the right to defend ourselves. I have already put the word out that I will snap some ET necks in an abduction and I will come onto the astral and take out the trash. There's no more time for this BS. If you want to really piss them off, start singing or playing mantras, LOL! I'm sure I could go on but I don't worry about these beings at this point in my journey. Im a schizophrenic. I do doordash for extra money. One order at night, i arrived and walked to the door, placed his food down and took a picture. I got in my car and drove away. 30 minutes later he called and asked where his food was, i totally remember taking the picture at his doorstep. So he took it up with Doordash. An order later, i opened my back door and.. saw his order. I was so confused why it was there. I remembered everything about going there and taking the picture. Appearantly i hallucinated the whole delivery. I was there, but must of never left the car. What was i doing then?? Staring blankly at the windshield? I called him and apologized but he already got his refund. I felt so terrible. Im on medication and nothing works. It just goes to show how easily some misfirings in the brain can completely alter your sense of reality. Or is it that at all?
Most likely what your actual actions were were that you actually walked to the door, put the food down, and took the picture. Then a consciousness within you caused you to, without you knowing or remembering, pick up the food again, bring it to your car, drive it home, and leave it outside your own door. If there was no picture in your phone, then the consciousness also likely made you delete it without your knowledge.
My grandmother was severely schizophrenic she grew up in a Trinidadian catholic orphanage and was abused beyond anything. After years of going deep into all of this I now truly believe it’s a parasite that attaches. Fasting regularly and doing parasite cleanses 3 or 4 times a year maybe can give sum relief. Wow this explains a lot. There were astral entities in my grandmother's house. They went after me and my cousins and at that time I didn't even know anything about awakening etc. My cousins had actual schizophrenia diagnoses, failed exams and are still at home in their 40s living off their parents because they were unable to keep a proper job. I've failed many exams too, I went from Math being my best subject to be unable to do it. I ended up switching major from engineering to Economics and did manage to do an MBA as that was papers rather than memorization. I listen to audio books and podcasts non stop so that drowns out negative mind chatter and a brain vitamin supplement that has gaba and l-theanine after which I have very little mind chatter anyway. We have a coworker that I sit next to who is constantly going off though. People think he's bipolar.

I wonder if this has been the larger force behind my negative self talk, I have despised myself since a very young age due to significant bullying in my life perpetrated by kids the same age as me but also by the grown ups in my life at the time too. I will sometimes hear speaking in my mind that doesn't sound anything like my inner voice and usually doesn't even sound like the things I would say to myself. It's quite jarring at times. Sometimes there is a very shrill female voice that seems to trigger me the most of all the voices.

My overt targeting started about 7 years ago. Its bizarre and different from what many other TI testimonials that ive listened to. I am retired and dont have to go out much so they drive past the house all day. When I do go somewhere its almost every car on the road is letting me know that they are in on it. In the daytime its all high beams or one light ,red vehicles and vehicles towing empty utility trailers and /or full size travel trailers. I dont even get to the corner and it starts doesnt matter how far or where it doesnt stop. The destinations that I go to and the routes that I take always have strings of white or colored lights on all year round. The neighboring houses also and they flash frantically when I go out side. Car horns car alarms back up beepers and sirens too its always something same crap 7 years now. This all started not long after I was filming what I thought was a real nuts and bolts chm trail jet but realized it was shape shifting and looking back at me. You seem to be familiar with situations like mine I gave up on trying to tell anyone.

I'm not sharing this to invalidate anything you are offering. My experience has been that whatever they do is upsetting the first couple of times and then I know that strategy because they have triggered it out of me.
On some level they are doing us a great service in triggering us. I felt like they got three shots at me (after I finally accepted that I was being attacked) and after that, those tactics didn't work.
I also had the most problems with attacks through low frequency people, Cluster Bs and their enablers. Getting away from them was a big part of it. But I also have family who are mad as hell that I cut them off because I wasn't supposed to do that.
I will observe the game and get attacked but when I figure out the rules I will go on the offensive. I feel there is value in allowing triggers because they eventually don't work and you heal in those places. This strategy is not for everyone. If you are traumatized then you need support and help. I apparently knew what I was doing since childhood because I didn't know I was scapegoated and just lived my life. My family were always negging me and I couldn't figure it out because I was just living my life. But their programming didn't work on me. And, they are terrified of me because I will destroy their illogical narc logic on the spot. But I know I am not normal in this.
Mostly I think it's a frequency game. And those of us who chosen (chosen ones) to wake up have Divine protection at this time. These beings and people they attach themselves to must reveal themselves now, so you really must believe people when they show you who and what they are, otherwise they will think you've given permission to be harassed.
I know when I am being attacked or monitored because my left ear will ring, or I see repeating 5s and combinations of ones and fours. When I see that or hear the ear ringing I will immediately say out loud I DO NOT CONSENT to attacks chaos or monitoring. I tell them to GTFO out of my left ear and stop bothering me. My guides gave me that info recently and the attacks were dramatically curtailed.
I would recommend the article from Cameron Day called "Why I'm No Longer a Lightworker" because in truth the "light" does the same things as the dark (the light and the dark are the same beings, the New (c)Age), we're sovereign and they must respect our free will.
I'd also recommend a revocation of all contracts (look online) and continuing revocations when you find you've missed one.
If we are attacked we have the right to defend ourselves. I have already put the word out that I will snap some ET necks in an abduction and I will come onto the astral and take out the trash. There's no more time for this BS.
If you want to really piss them off, start singing or playing mantras, LOL!
I'm sure I could go on but I don't worry about these beings at this point in my journey. I think it gets easier as you learn to stand in your power and stop tolerating bad treatment from anyone.
At that point you can f*ck with them when they show up, lol.

Im a schizophrenic. I do doordash for extra money. One order at night, i arrived and walked to the door, placed his food down and took a picture. I got in my car and drove away. 30 minutes later he called and asked where his food was, i totally remember taking the picture at his doorstep. So he took it up with Doordash. An order later, i opened my back door and.. saw his order. I was so confused why it was there. I remembered everything about going there and taking the picture. Appearantly i hallucinated the whole delivery. I was there, but must of never left the car. What was i doing then?? Staring blankly at the windshield?
I called him and apologized but he already got his refund. I felt so terrible. Im on medication and nothing works. It just goes to show how easily some misfirings in the brain can completely alter your sense of reality. Or is it that at all?
Most likely what your actual actions were were that you actually walked to the door, put the food down, and took the picture. Then a consciousness within you caused you to, without you knowing or remembering, pick up the food again, bring it to your car, drive it home, and leave it outside your own door. If there was no picture in your phone, then the consciousness also likely made you delete it without your knowledge.
My grandmother was severely schizophrenic she grew up in a Trinidadian catholic orphanage and was abused beyond anything. After years of going deep into all of this I now truly believe it’s a parasite that attaches. Fasting regularly and doing parasite cleanses 3 or 4 times a year maybe can give sum relief. I think these wer the beings Jesus was casting out of the body🙏🏽I believe our medical industry has no desire to kill these beings either but I think we can. Also I see truly special amazing souls are who they try to attach to.

Fake it to you make it is a big part of what is being preached in this process and is actually hindering more than helping. When you truly realize something it becomes a part of your reality. So many are tricked into thinking that if I'm not being attacked then I must be going along with the program and it's actually the other way around. It's the same with religion, some Christian think that they must be persecuted in order to be a real Christian and if you're not then you are part of the system. It's the same with so many other things. They think that if I find out this or I know that then I've awakened. An awakened soul knows how to apply what they have learned in order to create the reality they desire, not get trapped in someone else's.
Once one has actually stepped beyond that you realize you are in the world but not of it and your reality begins to reflect that. The real creators are allowing the inside to dictate the outside and not allowing the outside to create fear and doubt in what they truly are. Everything they consume tells them they are prey and weak and it's because of what others are going to do or take from them and that mindset becomes reinforced. That's why actions speak louder than words. You can spot a sovereign being a mile away without them even saying anything if you notice the way the environment revolves around them.
Unfortunately you won't be able to tell any of them this as they wouldn't understand because it hasn't been part of their experience as of yet. Like Glenda told Dorothy, "You've always had the power to go back home but if I told you you wouldn't have believed me and had to experience it for yourself." Dorothy now knows should she ever go looking for her heart's desires she'll look no further than her own backyard (within).
They believe they are in good company because some of the people they worship are being persecuted and attacked and yet they're all just in the same boat. They haven't healed from all their trauma in order to see things from a higher perspective. Wow this explains a lot. There were astral entities in my grandmother's house. They went after me and my cousins and at that time I didn't even know anything about awakening etc. My cousins had actual schizophrenia diagnoses, failed exams and are still at home in their 40s living off their parents because they were unable to keep a proper job. I've failed many exams too, I went from Math being my best subject to be unable to do it. I ended up switching major from engineering to Economics and did manage to do an MBA as that was papers rather than memorization. I listen to audio books and podcasts non stop so that drowns out negative mind chatter and a brain vitamin supplement that has gaba and l-theanine after which I have very little mind chatter anyway. We have a coworker that I sit next to who is constantly going off though. People think he's bipolar.

I wonder if this has been the larger force behind my negative self talk, I have despised myself since a very young age due to significant bullying in my life perpetrated by kids the same age as me but also by the grown ups in my life at the time too. I will sometimes hear speaking in my mind that doesn't sound anything like my inner voice and usually doesn't even sound like the things I would say to myself. It's quite jarring at times. Sometimes there is a very shrill female voice that seems to trigger me the most of all the voices.

Holy crap, i woke up with a huge baseball sized bruise on my arm a couple weeks ago for a little over a week with no explanation! I slept by myself that noght! Felt like i got socked by a dude five times my size! This has gone on all my life.. and i have this intense feeling i get visited. Last time i looked into it the reading i was doing was interupt3d by intense negitive energy. I kept hearing a strange tone that came on after I was sleeping. Couldn’t place it. Went out for happy hour on Friday. Only had a couple. Next thing I know I’m lost in an area I’ve never been before. The only thing I can say is I’m trapped in a text to my uncle. It was the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced. Next thing I know my tire blows out and cop appears out of nowhere to give me a dui. My overt targeting started about 7 years ago. Its bizarre and different from what many other TI testimonials that ive listened to. I am retired and dont have to go out much so they drive past the house all day. When I do go somewhere its almost every car on the road is letting me know that they are in on it. In the daytime its all high beams or one light ,red vehicles and vehicles towing empty utility trailers and /or full size travel trailers. I dont even get to the corner and it starts doesnt matter how far or where it doesnt stop. The destinations that I go to and the routes that I take always have strings of white or colored lights on all year round. The neighboring houses also and they flash frantically when I go out side. Car horns car alarms back up beepers and sirens too its always something same crap 7 years now. This all started not long after I was filming what I thought was a real nuts and bolts chm trail jet but realized it was shape shifting and looking back at me. You seem to be familiar with situations like mine I gave up on trying to tell anyone.
