This is an entirely different story, set long before the 9 skywalker films. No need to watch anything before going in. There are some books about the high republic (this era) but I don’t believe they tie in. Basically, this was during a time when the galaxy thought of jedis as the end all be all. The smartest, most moral force of good in the galaxy. This story looks like it’s about someone who went to be a Jedi but saw them as something sinister and needs to be taken down.
From the trailer, all the action is happening on land. Where are the space scenes?
Obi-wan and Anikan but with different names. Can the writers not come up with anything original?
They're moving away from the Skywalker movies ...
