    Guys .. you can use any kinds of chillies that you have at home but the most important thing is that.. must COMPLETELY dry no water at all and also sun dry /air dry yongchak/ Pete to avoid moist , add vinegar to preserve longer period of time..

    Hi guys
    This recipe is not a pickle/achar . It's Chutney but you can store in the fridge upto 2-3 months.
    You Can use any kinds of chillies that you have at home but the most important thing is that.. must COMPLETELY dry no water/ moist at all and also sun dry /air dry yongchak/ Pete to avoid moist , add vinegar to preserve longer period of time..

    This is not pickle preparation...... I want to learn pickle preparation so that we can store in with actual weather temperature for longer period

      stink beans Must be sun dry /air dry to avoid moist also can add vinegar for keeping longer period of time and fill up with oil ..

      Hi... Kim.. did you dry up COMPLETELY the extra moist from the stink beans and the chilly paste Should be zero water .

      Need to soak chilly in the water but after that you need to Cook with oil again to remove the extra water if not it will turn sour after few days 😉
