Guys .. you can use any kinds of chillies that you have at home but the most important thing is that.. must COMPLETELY dry no water at all and also sun dry /air dry yongchak/ Pete to avoid moist , add vinegar to preserve longer period of time..

This recipe is not a pickle/achar . It's Chutney but you can store in the fridge upto 2-3 months.

Hi... Kim.. did you dry up COMPLETELY the extra moist from the stink beans and the chilly paste Should be zero water .
@@rose_annie I was boiling chilly and fermented fish in water
Need to soak chilly in the water but after that you need to Cook with oil again to remove the extra water if not it will turn sour after few days 😉

For a couple of months..if you airtight and refrigerate..
Imagine making a video of just peeling the skins off ,all of it in normal speed...😅
Peeling is the tough part though.. I'm too lazy 🤣🤣🤣
