    In early January, Firmenich launched our first study in China to understand how Covid-19 was affecting people’s emotions, lifestyle and food, beverage & nutrition needs. As the pandemic grew, Taste & Beyond’s Human Insights team quickly expanded the scope of our Covid Surveys across the globe in order to help our Customers anticipate and best serve the quickly-changing needs & well-being of consumers.
    Now 7 months and 3 complete Survey Waves later, our industry-leading studies reveal both globally-relevant findings and trends as well as targeted regional deep dives.
