The first AI Flavor is a delicious, 100% natural beef flavor developed for plant-based meat alternatives. It has an attractive grilled-meaty profile with high market demand and preferred by consumers.
Artificial intelligence is a key part of Firmenich’s digital creation program, called E-creation 3.0 supported by the Firmenich Digital-Lab in Lausanne. It allows our Flavorist teams to enhance their ability to create superior tastes and brings our customers winning product development better and faster!
